On 1 September 2026 VeloBet inserted a new Clause 8, Dormant Accounts, into general terms that previously had no dormancy rule at all. An account not logged into or out of for 60 consecutive days is deemed inactive, and the company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 20% of the balance recorded on the day inactivity was determined, debited at the start of every following month until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in. Because the fee is fixed at a fifth of the starting balance rather than the shrinking one, five deductions empty the account. Where the remaining balance is below the equivalent of 10 in any currency, the company reserves the right to take 100% of it as a final fee.

VeloBet's general terms (version 07/03/2025) apply a 20% deduction in four separate places: withdrawals requested before the deposit has been wagered once (Clause 12), deposits refunded when an account is terminated (Clause 12), deposits settled after a shared payment account is detected (Clause 12, and the deposits are seized outright if valid details are not supplied within 7 days), and deposits refunded to players identified as Georgian (Clause 3). Bonus winnings are capped at 10x the deposit and any single spin or bet pays at most €100,000. With withdrawals stopped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, the largest win the terms allow would arrive in seven monthly instalments.

Clause 4 sets the welcome pack's wagering at 35x deposit plus bonus, so the full €1,000 first-deposit bonus (200% on a €500 deposit) requires €52,500 of bets within 10 days at a €5 maximum stake, and Clause 9 then caps what converts to real money at 5x the bonus, or €5,000. Clause 1.1 adds a trap: after converting, you must withdraw before depositing or playing again, or subsequent winnings are annulled beyond 5x the bonus. The four stages add up to €3,500 and 325 free spins, and Clause 15 lets you withdraw your own money before wagering if you give up the bonus.

Clause 1.5 of Emperia Casino's bonus terms limits the real money you can take from any deposit bonus to 5x the bonus amount; no-deposit bonuses and free spins stop at €50, deposit free spins at €100. Clause 16.4 makes 87 named slots, Starburst, Book of Dead and Reactoonz among them, unplayable while a bonus is active, and Clause 16.1 gives table games, video poker and live casino a 0% wagering contribution. Players in Finland, Ireland and Japan get no bonuses at all except cashback (Clause 2.1). The one player-friendly rule is that real money is played first and can be withdrawn before the bonus is touched (Clauses 8 and 9).

Cazimbo's General Terms moved to Version 1.11, and clause 7.10 now bars a much longer list of games during bonus play — including Great Blue, Santa Surprise and Dragon Dance. Launching any of them with an active bonus forfeits the bonus and every euro won with it. Clause 7.8 separately cut more titles to a 10% wagering contribution.
