Blaze Spins Requires a Balance Under $1 Before Any New Deposit or Bonus
Worse for players
NegativeClause 17.3 of the Blaze Spins general terms prohibits a new deposit, a new bonus or a free offer while another deposit, bonus or free promotion remains active, and requires the balance to fall below $1 (or €1) first. A breach may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and to account suspension, at the casino's discretion. Withdrawals are limited to $2,500 up to $5,000 a day and $20,000 up to $40,000 a month, with one approved withdrawal per 24 hours, and the casino reserves the right to confiscate winnings on a crypto deposit flagged for insufficient network fees. There are no inactivity fees, and a deposit needs wagering only once before withdrawal. Topping up a $5 balance to keep playing is, on these terms, a breach that can cost the winnings.

What this means for players
The Blaze Spins general terms captured on 29 August 2026 run to 21 sections and state that the casino holds an Anjouan gaming licence. The withdrawal limits and the absence of any inactivity fee are generous. The rules that decide whether a player keeps a win are left largely to the casino.
- No new deposit until the balance is under $1. Clause 17.3 reads: "Players are not allowed to make a new deposit, claim any bonus, or redeem a free promotion while another deposit, bonus, or free promotion remains active." The balance must be reduced to less than $1 (or €1) before a new deposit, a new bonus or a free offer, and "Any violation of this rule may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account suspension at Blaze Spins’ discretion." A deposit with no bonus attached falls under the same rule, so the only safe moment to top up is when the account is all but empty.
- Withdrawal limits given as ranges. Clause 5.16 sets $2,500 up to $5,000 a day, $5,000 up to $10,000 a week and $20,000 up to $40,000 a month, adds that limits may vary with VIP status and may be raised for VIP players at the casino's discretion, and clause 5.1 allows only one approved withdrawal per player within 24 hours. The document gives each limit as a range and never says which players get the lower figure.
- Winnings at risk over a network fee. Clause 7.18: "If a crypto deposit is flagged with insufficient network fees or deemed part of a fraudulent transaction, Blaze Spins reserves the right to confiscate related winnings." A fee set too low on the blockchain sits in the same sentence, and carries the same penalty, as fraud.
- Any breach can cost the winnings. Under clause 11.1, if a player violates the terms the casino may withhold winnings and use account balances to cover damages, and clause 11.2 adds: "Blaze Spins retains final authority to determine whether a breach occurred." The side that withholds the winnings is also the side that decides a breach happened.
- Verification by phone, with a 14-day clock. Clause 5.14 lets the casino call as part of KYC, and if the player is unreachable within 14 days the account may be temporarily locked and the withdrawal suspended. Clause 4.5 states that submitting false documents will result in seizure of deposits, winnings or both. Two weeks without answering the phone can be enough to suspend a payout.
- Fees. Clause 5.13 says most withdrawal methods are fee-free except certain e-wallets, which carry a 5% fee, and it does not name them. A player cannot tell from the document which e-wallet costs 5% until the withdrawal is made.
- No inactivity fees, stated three times. Clauses 6.7 and 14.1 mark an account inactive after 12 months without charging anything, and clause 6.8 reads: "By using Blaze Spins, you acknowledge that no inactivity fees apply under any circumstances." The clause is headed "Authorization of Inactivity Fees", a heading written for a fee above a sentence ruling one out.
- A light deposit turnover. Clause 5.6 requires the full deposit to be wagered at least once before withdrawal, for anti-money-laundering reasons. A player who deposits $100 has to stake $100 before asking for it back.
- No named company and no named court. No operator company or licence number appears anywhere in the document, clause 1.5 lets the casino change the terms at any time, with or without prior notice, and clause 16.3 reads: "All legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Relevant Jurisdiction." A player with a dispute cannot learn from the document which company they contracted with or which court would hear it.
The payout side of these terms is open-handed, with high limits, one play-through and no dormancy charge. The rule a regular player is most likely to break is the one about their own deposits, and it is the one that can cost them their winnings.
