Worse for players

Negative

In the version of its KYC policy detected on 29 September 2026, Blaze Spins added Greece to its list of restricted countries, between Guadeloupe and India, bringing the named countries to 30. A proof of ID or proof of residence fails verification if its country is on that list, and the full KYC process is compulsory on a withdrawal of any amount. Nothing else in the policy changed. A player with Greek documents can no longer pass the check that stands between a balance and its withdrawal.

What this means for players

The only change in the Blaze Spins KYC policy detected on 29 September 2026 is one new line in the list of restricted countries: Greece, entered between Guadeloupe and India. The list now names 30 countries, alongside all FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

  • Where the list applies. The proof of ID must pass the line "Country is not one of the following Restricted Countries", and the proof of residence the line "Country is not one of the above-listed Restricted Countries." A Greek passport, ID card, bank statement or utility bill now fails either check.
  • When the check is compulsory. Full KYC is required on a withdrawal of any amount, once lifetime deposits pass EUR 5,000, or on a transaction deemed suspicious. A player from Greece meets the list at the first withdrawal request, whatever the size of the balance.
  • What the policy does not say. It does not say what happens to the balance of an account whose documents fail on the country check. An unsuccessful check is documented in a support ticket, with the ticket number and an explanation sent to the player, and the company reserves the right to restrict the service, payments or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently determined. The policy describes the refusal and is silent on the money.

One line was added and nothing else moved. For a player anywhere else the policy reads as it did in August, and for a player with Greek documents it now ends at the verification step.
