Emperia Casino Removes Fortuna Games N.V. and Its Licence Number From the General Terms
Worse for players
Slightly NegativeClause 1.4 of the general terms, which named Fortuna Games N.V. as the operator of EmperiaCasino.com, gave its Curaçao registration number 162413 and its licence number OGL/2024/112/0974, and named Deltaprime Limited in Cyprus as billing agent, was deleted. The two clauses below it moved up one number, and the header still reads "Version 1.4, published on December 17, 2025". Clause 14.5 still places the terms under the laws and courts of Curaçao. A player can read which law would decide a dispute, but no longer which company the dispute would be with.

What this means for players
One clause left the Emperia Casino general terms between the capture of 12 June 2026 and that of 6 October 2026. Clause 1.4 had identified the company running the site. The definition of "you" that was clause 1.5 now carries its number, the definition of "games" moved from 1.6 to 1.5, and no other clause was edited.
- The operator and its licence. The deleted clause said EmperiaCasino.com was operated by Fortuna Games N.V., registered at Seru Loraweg 17 C, Willemstad, Curaçao under number 162413, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority since 24 June 2025 under licence number OGL/2024/112/0974. A player who wants to check that licence against the regulator now has to find the number somewhere other than the contract.
- The billing agent. The same clause named Deltaprime Limited, of Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 444864, as the billing agent of Fortuna Games N.V. and as the licensed entity's EEA representative. The company that takes the payments is no longer named in the terms that govern them.
- Curaçao is still named, the company is not. Clause 14.5 keeps the sentence "These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts and to the rules of arbitration in accordance with applicable law." Clause 13.5 still commits to keeping complaint records for at least five years and reporting complaint statistics twice a year to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The terms name the law and the regulator, and leave out the party bound by them.
- The version line did not move. The header reads "Version 1.4, published on December 17, 2025" in both captures, while clause 1.3 says "If you continue to use the Website after such changes come into effect you are deemed to have accepted such changes to the Terms." A player comparing version dates would see no sign that anything changed.
- The support address stays. The deleted clause also gave support@emperiacasino.com. The address still opens the complaint procedure in clause 13.2, so the route for raising a problem is unchanged.
No limit, fee or right moved. The terms still set out what "we" may do in every section, and no longer say who "we" are.
