GGBET's general terms, last updated 15 September 2026, now name MJMotion Ltd, a Saint Lucia company licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence 0000133, in place of River Entertainment B.V. and its Curaçao licence. New clause 3.12 says a player who closes an account with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal forfeits all funds except the last deposit, and other new clauses set a 30-day deadline for verification documents, a 7-business-day window for any dispute and a dormancy fee of up to €5 a month after six months. The $50,000 cap per bet and the $5,000 monthly cap at 20 times deposits are gone, and withdrawals are now subject to weekly and monthly limits the document does not state. A player who wants to leave GGBET now has to withdraw first, or everything above the last deposit stays behind.

What this means for players

The new general terms are dated 15 September 2026 and replace the previous version in full. The previous document named River Entertainment B.V., licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under OGL/2024/688/0234, with payments through ASG 360 Services Limited. The new one names MJMotion Ltd, registration number 2025-00817, registered in Saint Lucia and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence 0000133, with payments through Zenvorix Ltd in Cyprus, and moves governing law and the courts from Curaçao to Tobique.

  • Closing an account with money in it. Clause 3.12 lets a player request closure at any time, on condition that the account has no balance and no pending withdrawal, and then reads: "If you choose to close your account while it has a positive balance and/or pending withdrawals, all funds in your account will be forfeited, and only the amount of your last deposit will be refunded to you." The previous terms let a player close the account by email and returned any balance on termination. The first condition says a funded account cannot be closed, and the second says what the player loses when it is.
  • A 30-day clock on documents. Clause 3.3 reads: "Requested documents and information must be submitted within 30 days of our request." Missing it may lead to withheld payments or temporary suspension, and GGBET reserves the right to close the account permanently. For a refund the same 30 days carry more, since clause 5.9.4 reads: "Failure to supply the required documentation will result in the refund not being processed, the closure of your Player Account, and forfeiture of all funds held therein." The previous terms set no general deadline for verification documents, and their refund clause gave 24 hours to send them, with only the refund at stake. A missed deadline on a refund now costs the balance, not only the refund.
  • Seven business days to raise a dispute. Clause 10.1 reads: "All disputes or claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the date the issue arises. Any dispute or claim submitted after this period will be considered void." GGBET gives itself 30 business days to answer a complaint (10.2). The company has more than four times as long to answer as the player has to complain.
  • Less than 1x wagered: winnings at risk, and a commission. Clause 5.10.3 requires a minimum rollover of 1x before any withdrawal, and where the total wagered is less than the deposit GGBET reserves the right to cancel all winnings and deduct a commission of 10%, minimum €0.50, or 15% for accounts funded by bank card or bank transfer. The old rule was a 20% fee below 2x, with no right to cancel winnings. The threshold halved and the fee came down, but GGBET may now cancel a win made on a deposit that has not yet been bet once.
  • The two numbered caps are gone. The $50,000 maximum win per bet and the $5,000 monthly limit on a request worth 20 times total deposits no longer appear. Clause 5.10.1 reads: "Withdrawals are exclusively processed through the Website by submitting an official withdrawal notice, and are subject to predetermined weekly and monthly limits." Clause 5.10.4 allows an audit of up to 7 business days on withdrawals of €5,000 or more. The limits are said to be predetermined, and the document does not say what they are.
  • A dormancy fee where there was none. An account with no deposit, withdrawal or bet for 6 months is dormant (4.1) and may be charged a monthly administrative fee of up to €5 (4.2), after at least 14 days' written notice by email (4.4). The old terms only said GGBET might email an inactive account and ask for the funds to be withdrawn. A €60 balance left untouched would take a year of maximum fees to empty once dormancy begins.
  • General bonus rules replace the two named offers. Casino bonus wagering must be completed within 10 days and sports bonus wagering within 30 days, or the bonus and its winnings are forfeited (6.8). Real money is wagered before bonus money (6.7), each bonus offer is limited to one per individual, family, household, telephone number, device and IP address (6.2), and GGBET's decision is final in any dispute over eligibility, abuse, winnings or wagering (6.3). The two sports offers and their $50 cap from the old terms are gone. Ten days is the casino clock, a third of the time a sports bonus gets.
  • Thirty-five jurisdictions leave the excluded list. Australia, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, Ukraine and Curaçao are among the 35 no longer named, while Ontario, New Brunswick, Cuba, Myanmar, South Sudan and Venezuela are added (2.3). The UK and the USA stay excluded. Clause 2.2, like clause 4.2 of the old terms, makes it the player's sole responsibility to know the gambling laws of their own country. Players in those 35 places are no longer turned away by name, and whether they may play is left to them.

The rewrite takes two numbered limits out of the terms and adds three new ways to lose money already deposited: closing a funded account, missing a document deadline on a refund, and leaving the account idle for six months. Each of those comes with a number. The weekly and monthly withdrawal limits that replaced the old caps do not.
