LugarBet Caps Withdrawals at €40,000 a Month and May Split Wins of €40,000 or More Into Instalments
Worse for players
Slightly NegativeThe LugarBet payment policy limits withdrawals to €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, from a minimum of €50, and "If withdrawing winnings of €40,000 or more, we reserve the right to pay out the amount in instalments." The policy gives no instalment size or schedule, and no interest accrues on what is outstanding. Deposits not part of a bonus must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, and if fraud or money laundering is suspected LugarBet reserves the right to forfeit all funds and close the account without prior notice. A win of exactly €40,000 is already inside the instalment rule, and the policy does not say how long it can take to arrive.

What this means for players
The LugarBet payment policy has two parts, deposits and withdrawals, and most of its numbers sit in the second. It sets the caps and timings a player meets at the cashier, and repeats in its last two paragraphs the forfeiture rule from the general terms.
- €10,000 a week, €40,000 a month. "You can withdraw a maximum of €40,000 per month and €10,000 per week." Four full weeks at the weekly cap reach the monthly one. The general terms give only the weekly figure and add that VIP players may be entitled to higher levels, while this policy adds the monthly cap and says nothing about VIP. A player reading one document sees a different ceiling from a player reading the other.
- Instalments from €40,000. "If withdrawing winnings of €40,000 or more, we reserve the right to pay out the amount in instalments. No interest will be accrued on outstanding balances." The policy does not say how large the instalments are or how often they come. The timetable for a large win is LugarBet's to set.
- A €50 minimum. "The minimum withdrawal amount is €50. Requests below this amount will be declined." A balance of €49 cannot leave the account by withdrawal.
- Two days to decide, ten before a notice. Withdrawal requests should typically be approved or denied within two days, LugarBet aims to process them within 1 to 3 business days after verifying documents, and if processing takes longer than ten days the player is told of the delay. Verification covers identity, age, location and phone number, and in some cases a notarised ID or equivalent certified identification may be required. The ten-day mark is when the player hears about a delay, not a limit on how long it can last.
- Fees shown at the request. "Withdrawal processing fees may apply, and these will be clearly displayed when you initiate a withdrawal request." Deposit providers each have their own fees and conditions. The amount is shown when a withdrawal request is started, not in the policy.
- 1x on deposits, and forfeiture on suspicion, both stated twice. Deposits not part of a bonus promotion must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, and "If fraud or money laundering is suspected, Lugarbet reserves the right to forfeit all funds and close the account without prior notice." The next paragraph restates both: "At the same time, if any fraud or money laundering is suspected, Lugarbet might forfeit all funds on the player's account and close the account without any prior notification." Suspicion is the trigger in both versions, not a finding.
The caps are high for most players and the processing target is short. What the policy leaves open is the shape of a payout from €40,000 upwards, and it says twice that every fund in the account can be forfeited on suspicion alone.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, LugarBet's deposit bonus terms require the qualifying deposit and the bonus to be wagered 30 times on eligible games. What can be withdrawn from bonus winnings is limited to kr14,000, with anything above that forfeited when the bonus balance converts to real money. Bets come out of the real-money balance first and real-money wins stay real money, so the cap reaches only what the bonus balance wins. The document sets no maximum bet and no deadline for the wagering. At a 100% match, a kr1,000 deposit needs kr60,000 in bets before the bonus converts, and no more than kr14,000 of what the bonus wins can leave the account.
A refund request to LugarBet must be submitted within 3 days of the disputed transaction, and funds still subject to wagering requirements or other restrictions cannot be refunded at all. The player may then be required to provide notarised or certified identification, and "If this is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, your refund will not be processed, your account will be closed, and any remaining funds will be forfeited." The policy adds: "This decision is final and not subject to appeal." A request for one transaction back can put every other fund in the account on the same 30-day clock.
The LugarBet AML and KYC policy says: "We reserve the right to restrict the service, payment, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in our sole discretion based on the legal framework." Documents can be requested at any time, and the check may ask for a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and a bank statement or utility bill. The policy sets no deadline for sending them and no time for checking them. The second half of the restriction clause is not tied to verification at all, and the policy does not name the legal framework it points to.
