What this means for players
Mexiwin's 450% Welcome Bonus is three deposit bonuses taken in a fixed order: 100% up to $1,000, then 150% up to $1,500, then 200% up to $2,000, for up to $4,500 in total. The full offer stays available for 7 days from the first qualifying deposit, and each step has to be completed before the next one can be claimed.
- 72 hours per bonus, 7 days for the package. "Each credited bonus carries a 72-hour validity period from the moment it is credited." If wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus and all bonus-derived winnings are voided. A player who uses the full 72 hours on the first two bonuses has one day left to claim the third.
- Winnings capped at 10x the deposit. "Winnings from each bonus are capped at 10x the qualifying deposit amount for that step. Any amount above the cap will be removed from the balance." The cap follows the deposit, not the bonus, so the 200% third step is held to the same ceiling as the 100% first step. A bigger match raises the wagering and leaves the ceiling where it was.
- Wagering of 10x, 17x and 25x on deposit plus bonus. The multiples rise with each step and are "Calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount." At full size the three bonuses call for $20,000, $42,500 and $75,000 of bets. The last bonus asks for more wagering than the first two together.
- Four providers count, everything else counts zero. "Only Pragmatic Play, AvatarUX, NoLimit City and Hacksaw Gaming slots contribute 100%." All other games, providers and products contribute 0%, and bonus buy features and low-risk betting patterns intended to bypass wagering are prohibited. A bet anywhere else in the lobby uses up the 72 hours without moving the wagering.
- A $25 maximum bet, and a breach may cost all winnings. The maximum bet is $25 while a bonus is active. "Where this limit is exceeded, MexiWin may remove all winnings and the entire bonus balance from the account." The clause says all winnings, not bonus winnings, and leaves the outcome to a review of each case.
- Steps 2 and 3 start with Live Support. "Steps 2 and 3 must be requested through Live Support prior to depositing." Step 1 is activated during registration, and a deposit made without an active bonus needs a manual crediting request. The second and third bonuses begin with a message to support, not with the deposit.
- No withdrawal ceiling on cleared funds, after KYC. "There is no maximum withdrawal cap on cleared withdrawable funds." All wagering must be completed before a withdrawal request, and identity verification before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Once the wagering is done and the 10x cap applied, this page sets no further limit on what is paid.
- Broad control over the promotion. "Platform Control" lets MexiWin cancel bonuses and winnings, suspend or close accounts, withhold withdrawals pending review, and amend or cancel the promotion at any time. One participation is allowed per player, household, IP address and device. The clause names no trigger and no notice for any of these powers.
The wagering sits low and the maximum bet high. The limits that bind are the clock and the cap: three bonuses in a fixed order inside 7 days, 72 hours each, and a ceiling set by the deposit rather than by the 450% in the offer's name.

Mexiwin's KYC and Privacy Policy makes the full KYC process compulsory when a player requests a withdrawal of any amount, passes EUR 5,000 in lifetime deposits, or attempts a transaction deemed suspicious. The check needs a government-issued photo ID valid for at least 3 months, a photo of the player holding the ID, and a bank statement or utility bill issued less than 3 months ago. Mexiwin reserves the right to restrict the service, payments or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in its sole discretion based on the legal framework. The policy carries the word privacy in its title, yet it says nothing about how long those documents are kept, who sees them or what rights the player has over them.
Clause 8.2 of Mexiwin's general terms charges no withdrawal commission once the deposit has been wagered at least once, and otherwise entitles Mexiwin to deduct an 8% fee with a minimum of 4 euro. Clause 21.4 requires disputes to be lodged within three days of the wager being decided, and clause 14.2 limits Mexiwin's total liability to the value of the bet in question or €500, whichever is lower. On the other side, the minimum withdrawal is €10 and there is no maximum withdrawal amount per month. A player has three days to raise a dispute, while the same terms set Mexiwin a 28-day target to answer one.
