Clause 8.2 of Mexiwin's general terms charges no withdrawal commission once the deposit has been wagered at least once, and otherwise entitles Mexiwin to deduct an 8% fee with a minimum of 4 euro. Clause 21.4 requires disputes to be lodged within three days of the wager being decided, and clause 14.2 limits Mexiwin's total liability to the value of the bet in question or €500, whichever is lower. On the other side, the minimum withdrawal is €10 and there is no maximum withdrawal amount per month. A player has three days to raise a dispute, while the same terms set Mexiwin a 28-day target to answer one.

What this means for players

Mexiwin is owned by RSO Limited, registered in Belize and licensed in the State of Anjouan, and its terms are governed by the law of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Its withdrawal clauses are open. The clauses on disputes, liability and breaches are where the player's position narrows.

  • 8% to withdraw a deposit that was not wagered. "There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over (wager) the deposit at least 1 time. Otherwise we are entitled to deduct a 8% fee with minimum sum of 4 euro (or equivalent in your account currency) in order to combat money laundering." At the €10 minimum withdrawal, the €4 floor is 40% of the amount.
  • No monthly withdrawal cap. "There is no maximum withdrawal amount per month." The minimum is €10 per transaction in clause 8.1 and $10 USD in clause 8.6, and on account closure the full balance may be withdrawn. Beyond the checks the clause lists, the terms set no ceiling on what a player can take out in a month.
  • Three days to dispute a bet. "Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honoured after this period." Clause 11.2 adds that all posted results are final after 72 hours, while clause 21.3 says Mexiwin intends to respond to queries within 28 days of receipt. The player's window to complain is about a ninth of the time the casino gives itself to reply.
  • Liability capped at the stake or €500. Clause 14.2 reads: "In the event that we are held liable for any event under these terms, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed (a) the value of the bets and or wagers you placed via your account in respect of the relevant bet/wager or product that gave rise to the relevant liability, or (b) eur €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower." Whatever the loss, the clause measures what Mexiwin owes by the stake, and never more than €500.
  • Any breach can cost the deposit. Under clause 6.3 Mexiwin may close or suspend an account if it reasonably believes the player is not complying with the terms. "If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit)." The trigger is any term, not a list of frauds, and the sanction names the deposit.
  • €50 for each chargeback. Beyond reimbursing a reversed payment, "We reserve the right to also impose an administration fee of €50, or currency equivalent per charge-back, denial or reversal of payment you make." Winnings from wagers using charged-back funds are forfeited under clause 7.4. A reversed payment costs the player the winnings it funded and may cost €50 on top.
  • Changes take effect on publication. Mexiwin reserves the right to amend the terms at any time, and "Amendments will be binding and effective immediately upon publication on this Website." Bets not settled before a change stay under the earlier terms. The terms promise no notice, though a bet already placed keeps the rules it was placed under.
  • Under-age accounts: winnings retained, deposits at Mexiwin's discretion. Clause 15.1 retains all winnings of an under-age account and says of its deposits: "Any monies deposited in your Account which are not winnings will be returned to you OR retained until you turn 18 years old at our sole discretion." Payment transaction fees may be deducted from the amount returned. Whether the money comes back now or years later is the casino's choice.

The terms restrict players in Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and all FATF-blacklisted countries, and forbid VPNs and proxies. What a player can withdraw is barely limited. What a player can recover when something goes wrong is limited to three days to object and a ceiling of €500.
