Clause 6.9 of Omni Slots’ general Terms and Conditions reads: “Any funds deposited must be wagered at least 6 times but thereafter that deposit or deposit winnings in your account balance may be withdrawn at any time.” Clause 8.8 lists placing bets greater than 20% of your current bankroll among the forms of irregular betting that fail a gameplay check, beside betting systems such as Martingale and Fibonacci and play through a VPN or Tor, and a failed check lets Omni Slots close the account, confiscate balances and void withdrawals at its discretion. Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month, also at Omni Slots’ discretion. A €100 deposit needs €600 of bets before it can be withdrawn, and a player down to €50 who stakes €11 has placed a bet the terms call irregular.

What this means for players

Omni Slots is operated by DialMedia Ltd of Birkirkara, Malta, licensed under Maltese law with gaming licence number MGA/B2C/542/2018, and its general Terms and Conditions are Version 1.09, dated October 2024. The withdrawal limits are high. The rules that decide whether a withdrawal happens at all sit in Clauses 6.9, 6.13 and 8.8.

  • Every deposit is wagered six times first. “Any funds deposited must be wagered at least 6 times but thereafter that deposit or deposit winnings in your account balance may be withdrawn at any time.” The rule has no bonus attached to it: a €100 deposit needs €600 of bets, and a €1,000 deposit €6,000. A player who wins early still cannot cash out until the deposit has been staked six times over.
  • A bet over 20% of the balance is irregular play. Clause 8.8 lists strategic betting systems (Martingale, Labouchere, D’Alembert, Paroli, Fibonacci, 1-3-2-6 and any others), even-money, low-margin and hedge bets, “Placing bets greater than 20% of your current bankroll”, drastically raising or lowering the stake after a large win, and play through a VPN or a private browser such as Tor. Under 8.7 any of them fails a gameplay check, and 8.6 reads: “In the event of a failed gameplay check your account may be closed, balances confiscated and/or withdrawals voided at Omni Slots discretion.” None of this needs a bonus, so it reaches real-money play, and a player down to €50 who bets €11 is already over the line.
  • Bonus play adds a 30% rule and puts all winnings in reach. Clause 6.13 treats equal, zero or low-margin bets and hedge betting as irregular, along with single bets of 30% or more of the bonus credited until its wagering is met, and where Omni Slots deems irregular play has occurred it reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and forfeit all winnings. The sanction reaches all winnings, not only those won with the bonus.
  • Withdrawal limits that bend both ways. “At Omni Slots discretion the maximum withdrawal per player is Euro 5,000 per 24 hours and Euro 25,000 per month. This may be reduced to Euro 1,000 per 24 hours for NETeller, Skrill and credit/debit cards.” Under 6.10, a player withdrawing five times or more their lifetime deposits across the Omni Slots Casino Group faces a detailed play review and a limit of €5,000 a week, applied at management’s discretion. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from both. Since €5,000 a week is about €21,650 a month, the player with the best results can be held below the standard monthly figure.
  • Verification at €2,000, and checks before every payout. Once deposits since registration reach €2,000, Omni Slots requires photo ID, a copy of the card used, with only its last four digits showing and the CVV covered, and a recent utility bill. Clause 6.12 reads “A successful withdrawal request does not guarantee a withdrawal will be sent.” and failing a verification or gameplay check may see the withdrawal voided and the funds removed. The request is the start of a review, not the end of one.
  • Two rules on changes that cannot both apply. “The Provider reserves the right to change and update these T&Cs and, thus, to amend this Agreement between the Player and the Provider at any time with or without notice.” Two paragraphs later: “Any changes to these T&Cs must be notified to the players in advance, and the player must re-confirm acceptance before the changes come into effect.” A player cannot tell from the document which of the two governs the next change.
  • Closure and dormancy. “Omni Slots reserves the right to close your account at its own discretion and without an explanation but all outstanding balances and pending withdrawals will be processed as normal.” An account closed for a breach, which includes irregular gameplay, may instead have all balances removed (9.6). An account is inactive after 12 months and dormant after 30, and no dormancy fee appears anywhere in the terms. An account closed without a reason keeps its balance for the player, and one closed for a breach can lose the whole balance.

The licence is Maltese and the monthly withdrawal limit is high. What a player meets first is the six-times rule on every deposit, and a stake rule under which ordinary betting on a small balance counts as irregular play.
