SpinBetter's General Terms & Conditions set deposit turnover at 3x in one paragraph and 1x in another, in the same section and both in the name of anti-money-laundering rules. The first reads "To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, all real money deposits must be wagered at least three times (3x) in full before a Withdrawal can be processed." The second reads "To comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering requirements, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) before a withdrawal can be processed." The operator reserves the right to raise the 1x figure at its sole discretion, and to decline the withdrawal or apply an administrative fee when the turnover is not met. Withdrawals are capped at €1,500 per 24 hours, requests above €1,000 take up to 7 days to process, and a bonus converts to cash only up to its own original amount. A player cannot tell from the document whether a deposit has to be played once or three times before it can leave.

What this means for players

SpinBetter's General Terms & Conditions, last updated 19.03.2026, name the Anjouan Gaming Authority as regulator, S.G. Global Work Limited of Cyprus as payment processor and Merchant of Record, and the courts of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, as the only forum for disputes. Residents of the Comoros, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States and every country on the FATF blacklist may not register. Most of what costs a player money sits in the deposits and withdrawals section and in the bonus rules beside it.

  • Two deposit-turnover rules, 3x and 1x. The definitions at the top of the section say all real money deposits "must be wagered at least three times (3x) in full before a Withdrawal can be processed." Further down, the same section says "all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) before a withdrawal can be processed", that "The Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase this requirement where it deems appropriate based on risk assessment, payment method, or other relevant factors", and that if the turnover is not met it reserves the right to decline the withdrawal or apply an administrative fee. The same paragraph sets a 10% charge, minimum 10 EUR, on deposits and withdrawals made "without commensurate betting or gaming activity". The lower number is the one the operator may raise, and the higher one is stated first.
  • €1,500 per 24 hours, up to 7 days above €1,000. "no more than €1,500 can be withdrawn within 24 hours. If you reach this daily limit, please try again 24 hours after your last withdrawal." Payouts are processed only after KYC and "final approval of Your Account", within 72 hours up to €1,000 and up to 7 days above it, and due diligence runs on the first withdrawal request, regardless of amount. A €10,000 win leaves in seven requests a day apart, and each of them can take up to a week to process.
  • Bonuses convert only up to their own size. The standard requirement is 25x the deposit plus the bonus: "For example, if you deposit 100 EUR and receive a 100 EUR bonus, you must wager 25 x (100 + 100) = 5,000 EUR before any winnings can be withdrawn." Once that is done, "any residual bonus balance above the original bonus amount is deducted." A no-deposit bonus is capped at 50 EUR across its whole lineage, and any amount above that "will be void and retained by spinbetter.com". On a 100% match the example is 50 times the bonus in wagering, and the most the bonus can then become is the bonus itself.
  • Stake breaches cost the bet, not the cash balance. The maximum bet while a bonus is being wagered is EUR 5 per spin or EUR 0.50 per bet line, and the operator may void bets above it. "The Operator shall not confiscate winnings generated from the Player's own funds (Cash Balance) on the basis of bet size or bet-size variation alone." Early withdrawal forfeits the bonus and bonus-derived winnings and, in the document's words, leaves own-funds winnings unaffected. That shelter covers bet size and early withdrawal only: where SpinBetter establishes fraudulent bonus abuse, it may confiscate "all winnings derived from the abuse (including winnings derived from the Player's own deposited funds)".
  • Setting a responsible-gaming limit ends every bonus. "If you activate any Responsible Gaming limits, including a Cooling-off period or Self-Exclusion, all active bonuses, unclaimed bonuses, and unplayed free spins on your Account will be immediately voided and permanently forfeited." The tools listed include deposit and loss limits. The click that limits play also cancels the bonus already being played.
  • Play at other operators can cost this balance. The operator has the right to "withhold the whole or part of the balance" where the player has "placed bets and/or played online games with any other online provider of gambling services and are suspected (as a result of such play) of any Prohibited Practice or otherwise improper activity". On closure for collusion, fraud or breach of the terms, the balance is non-refundable "to the extent of any claim that we may have against You", and "unfair advantage" ends on "any other conduct which, in the Operator's sole discretion, constitutes the obtaining of an unfair advantage over the Operator or other players." The suspicion that withholds the money can come from somewhere else.
  • The operator decides which changes are worth notice. Substantial changes get "as much prior notice of such changes as is reasonably practicable", minor ones may get none, and "We reserve the right to determine, at Our sole discretion, whether a change is substantial." Bets already accepted keep the terms they were placed under. Whether a player hears about a change depends on how the operator labels it.

Parts of the document protect the player in plain words: winnings from the player's own funds survive a stake breach and an early withdrawal, a player who closes the account gets the balance back, and deposits are refunded when duplicate accounts are closed unless a separate breach applies. The rule a player meets first, on the first withdrawal, is the one the document states twice with two different numbers.
