Clause 3.7 lets a player close the account only when the balance is zero and no withdrawal is pending, and says what happens otherwise: “In case you want to close your account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all the funds on your account will be voided.” Withdrawals run through five VIP levels starting at €500 a day and €7,000 a month, every casino bonus can release at most 5x the bonus amount, and the wagering multiple is given as 35x deposit plus bonus in Clause 7.11 and as x40 in Clause 7.16. At Level 1, emptying a €5,000 balance before closing the account takes at least ten days of maximum withdrawals.

What this means for players

Spinight’s General Terms and Conditions, version 1.11 dated 17 June 2026, give the player five withdrawal levels between €500 a day and €2,000 a day, a 5x cap on what any casino bonus can release, and a closure clause that voids money outright instead of reserving a right to. Most of the other clauses that reach the balance are written as rights the operator reserves, and they are listed below with the modal verb the document uses.

  • Closing an account with money in it voids the money. Clause 3.7 allows closure only when the account has no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal requests, and states that if the player wants to close it with a positive balance or pending withdrawals, all the funds on the account will be voided. The only way to keep the balance is to withdraw it first, at the pace the limits below allow.
  • Withdrawal limits run from €500 a day and €7,000 a month to €2,000 a day and €25,000 a month. Clause 6.11 sets five levels (Level 1 €500 / €7,000, Level 2 €500 / €10,000, Level 3 €1,000 / €12,000, Level 4 €1,500 / €15,000, Level 5 €2,000 / €25,000). Under Clauses 6.12 to 6.15, the level is set from the previous 90 days of activity and the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses, a player who has not been placing bets for a month drops to the lowest level automatically, no more than three withdrawals can be pending at once, and requests are worked through within three business days, Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT. A player who stops betting for a month is back at €500 a day, whatever level was reached before.
  • Withdrawals can be refused for not betting enough. Clause 6.7 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if the player has not wagered at least €20 within the calendar month of the request, and Clause 6.8 reserves the right, when a deposit has not been wagered once, to cancel all winnings and keep a 10% commission on the last deposit, or 15% if the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. A €100 card deposit withdrawn without being played through once can come back as €85.
  • The wagering multiple is stated twice, and differently. Clause 7.11 asks for (bonus + deposit) × 35 to release bonus funds and 40x on free-spin winnings, while Clause 7.16 opens: “All casino bonuses have a wagering requirement of x40(forty).” A player cannot tell from the document which multiple applies to a casino bonus.
  • A casino bonus releases at most 5x the bonus. Clause 7.16 caps withdrawals from any casino bonus at five times the bonus amount, with its own example of a €20 no-deposit bonus capped at €100 and everything above it voided at the withdrawal stage. Clause 7.12 gives 10 days to complete the wagering, Clause 7.19 lists any single bet above €100 before wagering is met as promotion abuse, and Clause 7.15 caps winnings from no-deposit free spins on registration at €80. Under Clause 7.11, a €100 bonus on a €100 deposit needs €7,000 of bets to release at most €500.
  • More than 2,000 games are blocked while a bonus is active. Clause 7.10 lists the Prohibited Games that cannot be played at all with an active bonus in a single sentence of more than 2,000 titles, Clause 7.9 lists 39 more that count 0% towards wagering, and live, table and card games count 10%. Checking one game before playing means searching the clause for its name.
  • The real-money balance is within reach of a suspected breach. Clause 9.4 reserves the right, on a reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal or improper activity, or of having otherwise breached the Terms, to void any winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate the real money balance, at the operator’s sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice. The trigger covers any breach of the Terms, and the money it reaches is the player’s own, not only bonus funds.
  • An inactive account pays €5 a month, at a rate the operator can change. Clause 6.18 treats an account as inactive after 180 days without a login, allows a €5 monthly administration fee until the balance reaches zero, and gives the operator the right to change that fee at its own discretion without notice. The figure in the clause is the figure today, not one the player is promised.
  • Player funds are held apart from the company’s. Clause 6.17 states that customer funds are kept in dedicated client bank accounts, separate from the company’s own, and that in the event of insolvency they are protected and shall be returned. Here the document binds itself: the funds shall be returned, not may be.

Clause 3.7 does not say the funds may be voided, it says they will be, and the only route around it runs through a withdrawal limit that starts at €500 a day.
