Spinight States Its 10x Welcome Win Cap Twice, and Only the Four-Country Clause May Cancel a Withdrawal

The welcome package is three deposit bonuses — 100% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins, 50% up to €500 with 50 free spins, and 100% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins — on a €20 minimum deposit, advertised together as 250% up to €2,500 plus 250 free spins. Twenty-one numbered clauses govern it. Three of them decide what a player can actually take out.

• Winnings are capped at 10x the bonus (Clause 12). "Winnings from the bonus funds are subject to a maximum release of 10x the bonus amount credited." A €1,000 first-deposit bonus can release at most €10,000, whatever the balance shows when wagering ends.

• The 10x cap is written a second time, for four countries, with a right the first version lacks (Clause 18). "The Welcome offer is subject to a Max Win cash-out rule of 10x the value of the bonus amount for the residents of Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Peru", followed by: "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus." Clause 12 already caps everyone at the same 10x; what the four-country clause adds is not a lower number but a stated right to cancel the withdrawal.
• A withdrawal request voids bonus eligibility (Clause 8). "A withdrawal request before claiming the bonus or after the bonus is activated will void the bonus eligibility." The bonus and a pending withdrawal cannot coexist on the account.
• Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify (Clause 9), and the casino reserves the right to deny a bonus at any time (Clause 19) and to request ID, proof of address and proof of payment before crediting one (Clause 20).
