VeloBet's refund policy gives players five (5) days to produce certified identification on request. If it isn't supplied in that window, the policy states all user funds are cancelled and the account closed — a decision it explicitly says is not subject to appeal. VeloBet's own KYC policy never uses the word "certified": it asks only for a copy of an ID or passport and a recent proof of residence, through an automated process. Refunds carry further cost: VeloBet may apply a 20% administrative fee plus any accrued processing fees, at the company's sole discretion. Refund requests must themselves be made within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 days where a player alleges someone else accessed their account.
