Negative

The Casinostars general terms state that "All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance." The next sentence lets the casino ask for 5 times the deposit amount at its sole discretion, and the one after it says a charge of 20% may apply to deposits and withdrawals that have not been turned over. Withdrawals are capped at €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month, a withdrawal of €20,000 or more in winnings can be split into instalments without interest, and an account with no transactions for 6 months can be charged €5 a month. The turnover a withdrawal needs is 1x on paper, and the document leaves the casino free to make it five.

What this means for players

The Casinostars general terms, last updated on 17 August 2026, are issued by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board under licence ALSI-202601043-FI2. The rules that cost a player money sit in the withdrawals section: a turnover requirement the casino can raise, a charge tied to it, and a weekly cap.

  • 1x turnover on paper, 5x on request. "All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance. We may request a wager of 5 times deposit amount at sole discretion. Charge of 20% may apply to all deposits/withdrawals if the amount has not been turned over." The document names no condition for the higher multiple, so a player cannot tell in advance which one applies to a deposit.
  • €2,500 a week, €10,000 a month. The weekly limit is 2,500 EUR, USD, CHF, CAD or AUD, 25,000 NOK, or 10,000 PLN or BRL, and the monthly limit is 10,000 in the same five currencies, 100,000 NOK, or 40,000 PLN or BRL. "Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of management." At the weekly limit, a €20,000 win takes eight weeks to leave the account.
  • Instalments from €20,000. For a withdrawal of €20,000 or more in winnings, the casino has the right to divide the pay-out into instalments until the full amount is paid. "You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts." The weekly cap already spreads a sum that size over two months, and this clause gives the casino a second, separate right to delay it.
  • ID above €200, source of wealth above $10,000. The casino will always carry out identity verification on withdrawals above the equivalent of €200, and can ask for proof of source of wealth, source of funds and political status once cumulative deposits exceed 10,000 USD. A withdrawal should be approved or denied within 2 business days, and the duty to give the reasons for a delay starts once the money has taken more than 10 business days to arrive. Between the second business day and the tenth, the terms promise no explanation.
  • A fee after 6 months idle. An account with a real money balance and no transactions for at least 6 consecutive months is dormant, and the casino reserves the right to charge a 5 EUR monthly administrative fee on it. It may email up to a month before the account becomes inactive. The fee is a right rather than an automatic charge, and the warning before it is optional too.
  • Winnings held on a suspected breach of any provision. "If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you." The terms also make Wild Blackfin Limited SRL the final decision-maker on whether a rule was broken, so the side that holds the winnings is the side that decides.
  • Changes need the player's acceptance. "You will be notified in advance of any such changes, and they will only take effect for you once you have reconfirmed your acceptance." A player who does not accept a material change within the period given can no longer use the account, so the choice is to accept the new rules or stop playing under them.
  • Four countries closed. Residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, Slovenia and Costa Rica cannot use the casino. The company that runs it is incorporated in one of the four.

The turnover rule is the one a player meets first and can predict least. One wager of the deposit is the stated price of a withdrawal, the casino can ask for five, and a 20% charge may apply to whatever has not been played through.
