HitnSpin May Limit Withdrawals to €5,000 per 30 Days Once Balance and Cashouts Reach 20 Times Deposits
Worse for players
NegativeClause 8.17 of HitnSpin's general terms and conditions says that once a player's withdrawal requests, current balance and lifetime withdrawals add up to at least 20 times their total deposits, the player may be limited to €5,000 (or the equivalent in their currency) of withdrawals in 30 days. Clause 8.11.6 reserves the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal when deposit turnover falls short of a line the sentence leaves unclear, and approval of a withdrawal above €30,000 can take up to 30 working days. Clause 11.4 goes furthest: an account blocked on a suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other conduct in violation of the Terms leaves the company under no obligation to refund the funds in it. The cap is written for the players who win the most, and the balance clause reaches any suspected breach of the Terms, not only fraud.

What this means for players
HitnSpin's general terms and conditions are issued by TwiceDice B.V., registered in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/818/0448, with payments handled by ICS Manpower Solutions Ltd. in Cyprus as its agent. Most of what decides how and when a player is paid sits in section 8, and the rest in the clauses on blocked, duplicate and deactivated accounts.
- A €5,000 ceiling for players far ahead of their deposits. Clause 8.17 reads: "In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days." A player who deposited €1,000 in total and holds €20,000 would, if the limit is applied, collect it over four 30-day periods.
- 20% may be withheld on low turnover. Clause 8.11.6 reads: "if the turnover amount is 2 (two) times less than the deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of withdrawal in order to cover payment expenses." Clause 8.12 adds a separate right, with no figure: "We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs for the withdrawal of funds that have not been put into play." The sentence does not settle whether "2 (two) times less" means under twice the deposit or under half of it, so a player cannot tell from the document how much play keeps the whole withdrawal.
- Approval time grows with the amount. For players who have passed KYC, clauses 8.13 to 8.16 set the outer limits at 2 working days up to €499, 5 working days from €500 to €4,999, 14 working days from €5,000 to €29,999 and 30 working days above €30,000, each excluding weekends and holidays. Thirty working days is six calendar weeks before a large win is even approved.
- Half of a paid SMS deposit reaches the account. Clause 8.5 reads: "Only half of the added sum goes to Your Account." Clause 8.11.5 delays withdrawals of money transferred from a phone operator by 2 to 3 weeks for a fraud check. A player topping up by SMS pays twice what they can play with and waits longest to be paid.
- A block on suspicion can keep the balance. Clause 11.4 covers a suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, money laundering included, or of conduct otherwise in violation of the Terms, and continues: "If your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Account." The trigger is a suspicion, and the rules it draws on are every rule in the document, not only fraud.
- A second account can cost the first one its deposits. Under clause 5.5, the company may close the main account as well as any duplicate, and then all stakes or deposits made with either account are not returned. The sanction reaches the deposits of the player's original account as well as the copy.
- A VPN can void winnings. Clause 12.7 reads: "Masking IP or location is not allowed and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers." Winnings sit on the same list as bonuses, so the right reaches real money.
- Deactivation stops withdrawals, termination returns the balance. Clause 31.2 reads: "After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to log in, open a new account or withdraw money." Clause 13.5.3 says that on termination any balance is returned within a reasonable time of the player's request, less any amounts the player owes. The document does not say which of the two applies to money left in an account the player deactivated.
- Ten days to report a game fault, to the minute. Clause 15.2 gives a player 10 days from the incident to contact support and asks for the exact time of the incident, accurate to the minute: "If this condition is not met, the casino administration reserves the right to decline the review of the case for technical reasons." Clause 22.3 bars any claim about an account, bonus or withdrawal after 12 calendar months. A frozen game noticed on the eleventh day can go unreviewed.
Nothing in section 8 caps an ordinary win. The limits arrive in steps as a player wins more: a longer approval window above €500, €5,000 and €30,000, then a 30-day ceiling once the total reaches twenty times what went in.
