HitnSpin Moves €5,000 Withdrawals From 14 to 30 Working Days and Sets No Deadline From €30,000
Worse for players
NegativeClause 8.15 of HitnSpin's general terms and conditions now gives the casino up to 30 working days to approve a withdrawal of €5,000 to €29,999, where the version captured on 29 August 2026 set a window of 5 minutes to 96 hours and no more than 14 working days. Clause 8.16 no longer sets any time for withdrawals of €30,000 or more, which are now processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration. The 30-working-day ceiling that used to apply only to the largest withdrawals now applies from €5,000, and the largest have no ceiling in the document at all.

What this means for players
HitnSpin's general terms and conditions captured on 29 August 2026 and on 22 September 2026 differ in two clauses, both on how long a verified player waits for a withdrawal to be approved. The two lower tiers, up to €499 and from €500 to €4,999, keep their limits of 2 and 5 working days.
- €5,000 to €29,999: from 14 working days to 30. The old clause 8.15 promised approval within 5 minutes to 96 hours, and in any case within 14 working days. The new one reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests from EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be approved by the Casino within 30 working days from the date of the request, excluding weekends and public holidays." The 96-hour window is gone, and the outer limit moves from under three calendar weeks to six.
- €30,000 or more: no deadline. The old clause 8.16 set the same 5-minute-to-96-hour window with a ceiling of 30 working days. The new one reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests of EUR 30,000 or more (or the equivalent in another currency) will be processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration." The terms no longer give the largest withdrawals a date, and how they are paid is settled case by case after the win.
- The 20x rule now lands in the slow tier. Clause 8.17 did not change: once withdrawal requests, balance and lifetime withdrawals reach at least 20 times total deposits, a player may be limited to €5,000 of withdrawals in 30 days. A €5,000 withdrawal, the most that clause may allow in 30 days, now falls in the tier with a 30-working-day approval limit.
Withdrawals under €5,000 are approved on the same timetable as before. From €5,000 upwards the longest wait more than doubles, and from €30,000 the terms stop naming one.
