Negative

Clause 8.17 of Ice Casino's General Terms & Conditions lets it limit withdrawals to 5,000 EUR per 30 days once a player's withdrawal requests, current balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach at least 20 times the total of their deposits. A withdrawal on low turnover can lose 20% to payment expenses, only half of a paid-SMS deposit reaches the account, and a withdrawal above 30,000 EUR has up to 30 working days to be approved. The limit can apply only after a player has won big, the one moment a monthly ceiling matters.

What this means for players

Ice Casino is run by Whitebox B.V., licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/822/0338, and this capture is version 1.4 of its General Terms & Conditions, last updated on 6 May 2026. The withdrawal section sets an approval clock for every amount and three separate ways to reduce what a player takes out.

  • A 5,000 EUR limit per 30 days for the biggest winners. Clause 8.17 reads: "In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days." The clause names a trigger and a ceiling but no point at which the limit lifts.
  • Approval can take up to 30 working days. For players who have passed KYC, clauses 8.13 to 8.16 set four windows: up to 499 EUR between 5 minutes and 12 hours but not exceeding 2 working days, 500 to 4,999 EUR up to 48 hours but not exceeding 5 working days, 5,000 to 29,999 EUR up to 96 hours but not exceeding 14 working days, and above 30,000 EUR up to 96 hours but not exceeding 30 working days. A win above 30,000 EUR can wait six working weeks for approval before the payment method's own clearance time begins.
  • 20% of a withdrawal on low turnover. Clause 8.11.6 reads: "if the turnover amount is 2 (two) times less than the deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of withdrawal in order to cover payment expenses." Clause 8.12 adds a right to charge a fee "amounting to our own costs" for funds that have not been put into play. "2 (two) times less than the deposit" can mean less than half the deposit or less than double it, and a player cannot tell from the document which threshold applies.
  • Half of an SMS deposit. Clause 8.5 states: "Only half of the added sum goes to Your Account." Withdrawals of money added through a phone operator are also delayed for 2 to 3 weeks for a fraud check (clause 8.11.5). Half of a paid-SMS deposit is gone before the first bet.
  • Deposits in the main account can be kept over a duplicate. Clause 5.5 allows the main account to be closed along with any duplicate, and clause 5.5.2 reads: "all stakes or deposits made using the Main and/or Duplicate Account will not be returned to you". The sanction reaches the deposits in the player's original account, not only the second one.
  • A suspicion can cost the balance. Clause 11.5 covers suspected "fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity" and reads: "If your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Account." The trigger is a suspicion, and the sanction reaches everything in the account.
  • Ten days to report a game fault, to the minute. Under clause 15.2 a player with a game-round problem must contact support "within a strict timeframe of 10 days from the incident's occurrence" and give the exact time "accurate to the minute", or the casino "reserves the right to decline the review of the case for technical reasons". A frozen game reported on day eleven, or without the minute it froze, may never be looked at.

The withdrawal clauses are exact about time and loose about money. Every approval window is stated in hours and working days, while the 20% deduction rests on a threshold the sentence does not settle and the 5,000 EUR limit has no stated end.
