Clause 8.15 of Ice Casino's General Terms & Conditions now gives withdrawals of EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 up to 30 working days to be approved, where it had promised 5 minutes to 96 hours and no more than 14 working days. Clause 8.16, which gave requests above 30,000 EUR the same 96 hours and a 30-working-day ceiling, now sends requests of EUR 30,000 or more to individual terms agreed with the site administration and states no time at all. The bigger the win, the less the document now promises about when it is paid.

What this means for players

Ice Casino rewrote the two top bands of its withdrawal approval schedule between 30 August and 22 September 2026. The bands for amounts up to 4,999 EUR, the 5,000 EUR limit per 30 days in clause 8.17 and the "Last updated: 06.05.2026" line did not change.

  • 5,000 to 29,999 EUR: from 14 working days to 30. Clause 8.15 had promised approval within 5 minutes to 96 hours, not exceeding 14 working days. It now reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests from EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be approved by the Casino within 30 working days from the date of the request, excluding weekends and public holidays." The longest wait for a mid-size withdrawal more than doubles to six working weeks, and the 96-hour figure is gone.
  • 30,000 EUR or more: from 30 working days to no stated time. Clause 8.16 now reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests of EUR 30,000 or more (or the equivalent in another currency) will be processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration." Before, a request above 30,000 EUR was approved within 5 minutes to 96 hours and no more than 30 working days. The largest withdrawals no longer come with a date the player can hold the casino to.
  • The lower bands are unchanged. Up to 499 EUR is still approved within 5 minutes to 12 hours and no more than 2 working days, and 500 to 4,999 EUR within 48 hours and no more than 5 working days. A withdrawal of 4,999 EUR keeps a 5-working-day ceiling, while one of 5,000 EUR now has six times as long.
  • The 5,000 EUR limit in clause 8.17 still applies. A player whose withdrawal requests, balance and lifetime withdrawals reach at least 20 times their deposits may be limited to 5,000 EUR per 30 days. A player held to that limit who takes the full 5,000 EUR each time lands in the band whose ceiling has just moved from 14 to 30 working days.

Nothing in the withdrawal amounts moved. What moved is the time: every withdrawal of 5,000 EUR or more can now wait longer, or waits on terms the document does not state.

What changed

Now Withdrawals of EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 approved within 30 working days; withdrawals of EUR 30,000 or more processed under individual terms agreed with the administration.
