Clause 4.13 of the Kryptosino general terms reads: "The maximum withdrawable amount per week is 2,500 EUR or 10,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency)." Only players with a higher VIP status can be given an exception, at the discretion of management, and clause 4.5 adds that the limits may change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion. A withdrawal of €10,000 or more may be divided into instalments with no interest on the amount still owed, and a self-exclusion requested by email takes effect only once a confirmation email arrives, with winnings in the meantime forfeited. At the monthly limit a €50,000 win takes five months to collect, and the terms leave the operator free to change that figure without asking.

What this means for players

Kryptosino is run by Moonseeker SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911192 and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board under licence ALSI-202509006-FI 1, issued on 16 September 2025. The general terms, last updated on 21 April 2026, close the casino to residents of 39 countries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Cyprus and Malta. Most of the money rules sit in clause 4, and the ones with the most reach are the weekly withdrawal cap and the right to move it.

  • €2,500 a week, €10,000 a month. "The maximum withdrawable amount per week is 2,500 EUR or 10,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency)." The same clause allows exceptions for players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management. Collecting a €50,000 win at the monthly limit takes five months.
  • The limit may change, and the clause that says so points to the wrong place. Clause 4.5 reads: "All amounts available to be withdrawn will be subject to the transaction limits stipulated in Clause 4.10 of these T&Cs and may change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion." Clause 4.10 deals with reporting suspicious transactions, and the limits are in clause 4.13. A player looking up the limits is sent to a clause that does not contain them.
  • Instalments from €10,000, with no interest. Clause 4.12 gives the casino the right to divide a withdrawal of 10,000 EUR or more into instalments until the full amount is paid, and states: "You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts." The clause sets no schedule for the instalments, only an end point.
  • Deposits played once, bonus money can be left behind. "All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance." Clause 4.3 lets a player withdraw the real money balance before the bonus wagering is complete, forfeiting the bonus balance. A player who regrets taking a bonus loses the bonus, not the deposit.
  • A decision in 2 business days. "The time for the withdrawal to be finalised may vary due to circumstances but a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within 2 business days." The player is told the reasons for a delay only once the money takes more than 10 business days to arrive. The decision has a deadline, the arrival of the money has none.
  • Self-exclusion by email waits for a reply. A request made through live support takes effect immediately (clause 6.3). "A Self-Exclusion request submitted via email or through our site seal will only take effect once you have received a confirmation email from us." The casino aims to answer within 24 hours, and "Please note that any deposits made during this period will not be refundable, and any winnings will be forfeited." In the hours between the email and the reply, losses stand and wins do not.
  • Winnings withheld on suspicion. "If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you." Clause 16.5 makes Moonseeker SRL the final decision-maker on whether its rules were broken. The player agrees in advance that the referee is the other side.
  • A €5 monthly fee after six idle months. An account with a real money balance and no transactions for at least 6 consecutive months is dormant. The casino may email up to a month before, and clause 8.2 goes on: "When an account becomes inactive, Moonseeker SRL reserves the right to charge 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per month administrative fee on your account." The warning is something the casino may send, and the fee is something it may charge.
  • Changes to the terms need the player's acceptance. "You will be notified in advance of any such changes, and they will only take effect for you once you have reconfirmed your acceptance." A player who does not accept a material change within the time given can no longer use the account. The general rule asks before it binds, which makes the sole-discretion right over the withdrawal limits in clause 4.5 the exception.

The weekly and monthly caps are stated plainly and sit in the middle of the market. What the document does not settle is how fixed they are: the terms promise notice and reconfirmation before any change, and the withdrawal section keeps a right to change the limits at the operator's sole discretion.
