What this means for players
LugarBet's deposit bonus terms set the defaults for every deposit promotion. The minimum deposit, the maximum bonus and the wagering multiple each apply unless otherwise stated, so a promotion's own terms can move them, while the cap on bonus winnings carries no such qualifier. The minimum qualifying deposit is kr140 and the largest bonus that may be awarded is €500, two currencies in the same sentence. The match percentage is left to each promotion.
- 30x the deposit and the bonus together. "Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, the customer must wager both the qualifying deposit amount and the bonus amount thirty (30) times on eligible games." Only once the requirement is complete does the remaining bonus balance convert to real money. At a 100% match, a kr1,000 deposit and a kr1,000 bonus need kr60,000 in bets, which is 60 times the bonus alone.
- A kr14,000 ceiling on bonus winnings. The maximum that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from bonus funds is kr14,000. "Any amount in excess of this cap shall be forfeited at the time the bonus balance is converted into real-money funds." A bonus run that wins more than kr14,000 gives back everything above that line at the moment it becomes withdrawable.
- Real money is played first and keeps its winnings. "Bets are deducted first from the customer’s real-money balance and only thereafter from the bonus balance." Winnings go back to the balance the bet came from. The cap therefore applies only to the bonus balance, and the bonus balance is not touched until the real money is spent.
- Ineligible games run on real money only. Bonus funds can be used only on the games designated for the promotion, and play on any other game continues with real-money funds, if there are any, without counting toward the wagering. The page names no eligible games. A player has to find that list in each promotion's own terms.
- Crash games count only on a loss or a cash-out above the stake. "Any crash-game round whose total cashout is equal to or lower than the stake shall not count toward the wagering requirement, the rollover requirement, or any other bonus clearing requirement." A crash round cashed out at the stake, the lowest-risk way to play one, clears nothing.
- A bonus activated late applies only to what is left. Where the bonus is not activated at the time of deposit and part of the deposit is then played, a later activation applies only to the remaining balance. "No bonus shall be awarded on any portion of the original deposit that has already been used, wagered, lost, or otherwise depleted prior to activation." The bonus is sized on the balance at the moment of activation, not on the deposit.
- A right to reclaim that stops at bonus money. The operator reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus, and winnings derived from a bonus, in the event of abuse, misuse, fraud, attempted circumvention of the terms, or a bonus granted, activated or used in error. Abuse and misuse are not defined on the page, but the sanction named reaches the bonus and what it won, not the deposit.
The terms give the player's own money the first turn and keep its winnings out of the cap. In return they ask for the deposit and the bonus to be wagered 30 times together, for bonus winnings that stop at kr14,000.

The LugarBet payment policy limits withdrawals to €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, from a minimum of €50, and "If withdrawing winnings of €40,000 or more, we reserve the right to pay out the amount in instalments." The policy gives no instalment size or schedule, and no interest accrues on what is outstanding. Deposits not part of a bonus must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, and if fraud or money laundering is suspected LugarBet reserves the right to forfeit all funds and close the account without prior notice. A win of exactly €40,000 is already inside the instalment rule, and the policy does not say how long it can take to arrive.
A refund request to LugarBet must be submitted within 3 days of the disputed transaction, and funds still subject to wagering requirements or other restrictions cannot be refunded at all. The player may then be required to provide notarised or certified identification, and "If this is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, your refund will not be processed, your account will be closed, and any remaining funds will be forfeited." The policy adds: "This decision is final and not subject to appeal." A request for one transaction back can put every other fund in the account on the same 30-day clock.
The LugarBet AML and KYC policy says: "We reserve the right to restrict the service, payment, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in our sole discretion based on the legal framework." Documents can be requested at any time, and the check may ask for a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and a bank statement or utility bill. The policy sets no deadline for sending them and no time for checking them. The second half of the restriction clause is not tied to verification at all, and the policy does not name the legal framework it points to.
