LugarBet Gives Three Days to Dispute a Bet and Caps What It Owes at €500
Worse for players
NegativeUnder clause 21.4 of the LugarBet general terms, a dispute must be lodged within three days from the date the wager or event in question was decided, and "No claims will be honoured after this period." Clause 14.2 sets the same three days for any claim and limits LugarBet's total liability to the value of the bets involved or €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower. Withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week, every deposit not linked to a bonus must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, and an account closed for not complying with the terms may have its money withheld, deposit included. A player who spots a problem on the fourth day has no claim left, and one who claims in time can recover €500 at most.

What this means for players
The LugarBet general terms are issued by 3-102-951260 SRL, governed by the law of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, and name Axion ADR as the independent dispute resolution provider for eligible unresolved complaints. Residents of FATF-blacklisted countries, the Union of Comoros and the USA cannot use the service. The clauses that matter most set how long a player has to complain and how much a complaint can be worth.
- Three days to dispute. "Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager or event in question has been decided. No claims will be honoured after this period." Clause 14.2 repeats the limit for any claim, counted from when the event or incident occurred. The same section says LugarBet intends to answer a settlement complaint within 28 days, so the player's deadline is less than a ninth of the time the casino gives itself to answer.
- Liability capped at €500. If LugarBet is held liable for any event, its total aggregate liability cannot exceed the value of the bets placed on the bet or product that gave rise to it, or €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower. Clause 10.1 adds that in the event of an error or malfunction of its system or processes, all bets are rendered void. Whatever the win a fault took away, the most a successful claim returns is the stake or €500, whichever is lower.
- The deposit can be withheld. Under clause 6.4, if LugarBet closes or suspends an account because the player is not complying with the terms, it may cancel or void bets and withhold any money in the account, including the deposit. Clause 8.9 adds: "Additionally, if there is any suspicion of fraud or money laundering, we reserve the right to forfeit all funds in the player’s account and close the account without prior notice." The second clause asks for suspicion, not a finding.
- €10,000 a week, after 1x on every deposit. "You are allowed to withdraw the maximum amount of €10,000 per week. VIP players may be entitled for higher withdrawal levels." The entire deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is approved, and LugarBet aims to complete requests within 1 to 3 business days of verification. At four and a third weeks a month, the cap allows about €43,000 a month.
- Fees, named and unnamed. An account with no gameplay or transactions for six months is dormant, and an admin fee of up to €10 a month is deducted while the balance stays positive. Each charge-back can carry a €50 administration fee. Clause 7.3 says only that "Fees and charges may apply to customer deposits and withdrawals." A balance left untouched for a year can lose roughly €60 to the fee, and the deposit and withdrawal fees are given no figure at all.
- Changes apply on publication. LugarBet reserves the right to amend the terms at any time, amendments are binding immediately on publication, and the player is told to visit the page periodically. Bets not settled before a change keep the old terms. The duty to notice a change rests with the player.
The weekly cap and the single wager on each deposit are ordinary. The clock is not: three days to claim against 28 days to reply, and a ceiling of €500 on what any claim can recover.
