Megapari May Block an Account for a Payment Check That Can Run 180 Days
Worse for players
NegativeMegapari has the right to start a verification of a player's payments on its own initiative, the account may be blocked while it runs, and the section states that under the terms of some payment systems the check can last up to 180 days. The withdrawal limit is 10,000 a day, with no currency named, and Megapari has the right to change it at its discretion without notifying the player. Every deposit has to be staked in full at odds of at least 1.1 before it counts as withdrawable, and an account inactive for 3 months may be blocked until the player contacts the Security Team. The daily limit a player plans around is the one figure in the section that Megapari can move without saying so.

What this means for players
Section 6 of the Megapari rules covers accounts, deposits and withdrawals, under a licence holder it names as Vdsoft & Script Development SRL. What it asks of the player is set out plainly: one account, every deposit staked once, documents on request. What it leaves open sits on Megapari's side.
- A payment check of up to 180 days, during which the account may be blocked. "In certain cases, the company has the right to unilaterally initiate the verification procedure of a customer’s payments and request additional information from the payment system." The account may be blocked for financial procedure purposes during the check, and according to the terms of some payment systems it can last up to a maximum of 180 days. The check starts when Megapari decides, and the only limit the section gives on its length is the payment system's.
- 10,000 a day, changeable without notice. "The current withdrawal limit is 10,000/day." Payments above it are made after verification by the operator, no currency is named, and "Megapari also has the right to change the withdrawal limit at its discretion without notifying the client." The limit read today can differ from the one at the cashier tomorrow, with no notice owed in between.
- Every deposit staked once at odds of 1.1 or more. The Security Service is entitled to refuse a withdrawal when the deposit or withdrawal amounts are inconsistent with bets placed: stakes must add up to the sum of all deposits at odds of at least 1.1, and high volumes of bets on opposite outcomes in Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Dice are not counted. A player who deposits and withdraws without betting is the case the clause is written for, and an even-money hedge does not get them past it.
- One account per household, and a duplicate can cost the winnings. "Customers are allowed to register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method." When a duplicate is found, Megapari may at its sole discretion cancel all winnings and refund the balance as it stood at the start of the investigation, minus any cancelled winnings. Two adults in one home share one account between them, and the refund is fixed at the day the investigation opened.
- A 3-month inactivity block that reaches other sites. "If an account is inactive for 3 months, the Company reserves the right to block it." A block for any reason restricts access to all websites associated with the licence holder Vdsoft & Script Development SRL until the account is unblocked. A block earned on Megapari, even for three months of not playing, follows the player to every site run under the same licence holder.
- Video calls and documents by post on request. The company's management reserves the right to hold a video conference and to ask for documents to be sent by post. Verification may take up to 72 hours from receipt of the documents, the outcome of a video conference can take up to 5 working days, and payments can be cancelled until all details are verified. The 72 hours start when the post arrives, so a mailed document adds its own delivery time to the wait.
- Payment routes and fees are Megapari's call. Withdrawals go back to the payment details used to deposit, Megapari may refuse a payment-system or cash withdrawal and offer a bank transfer instead, and "In certain circumstances and in respect to certain customers Megapari may decide not to reimburse service charges imposed by payment systems on deposits or withdrawals, which Megapari usually reimburses." The section names neither the circumstances nor the customers.
None of the section's rights is unusual on its own. Together they leave three things undefined for the player: how long a payment check holds the account, what the daily limit will be next week, and who stops having their fees reimbursed.

Megapari's casino deposit bonuses are wagered 35 times the bonus amount, within 7 days for the welcome bonuses and 2 days for the 50% tenth-deposit bonus, at stakes of no more than €5. Once a bonus is redeemed, the funds credited to the main account cannot exceed the total bonus amount. Wins over €10,000 are treated as Big Wins that the bookmaker's partners must approve before they reach the account, and complaints about bets placed more than 10 days earlier are rejected. A €500 first-deposit bonus asks for €17,500 of bets in a week, and the most it can add to the main account is €500.
Megapari pays winnings up to 30 calendar days after results are officially published, and reserves the right to void bets on suspicion of unsportsmanlike play while stating it is not obliged to present evidence to the player. Players found to be in a restricted country — a list including the USA, UK, Germany and France — have their accounts closed and prior winnings confiscated, with only the balance of their most recent deposit refunded.
