Megapari pays winnings up to 30 calendar days after results are officially published, and reserves the right to void bets on suspicion of unsportsmanlike play while stating it is not obliged to present evidence to the player. Players found to be in a restricted country — a list including the USA, UK, Germany and France — have their accounts closed and prior winnings confiscated, with only the balance of their most recent deposit refunded.

What this means for players

Megapari's General Terms give the operator unilateral rights at five separate points, and the player no corresponding recourse at any of them. Eligibility rules and restricted territories are stated clearly; what follows them — payout timelines, voiding powers and dispute handling — is one-sided.

  • Winnings paid within 30 calendar days. The document states that winnings shall be paid to the bettor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of official publication of the results of the latest event on the bet slip. A settled, winning bet can go unpaid for a month without a single term being breached.
  • Account closed, refund cut back to the last deposit. If Megapari becomes aware a player resides where use of the site is considered illegal — a list it gives "for example" that runs from the USA and the United Kingdom to Germany and France — it has the right to close the account and refund the remaining balance "after the deduction of any winnings credited after your most recent deposit was made". Everything won since the last deposit is deducted before the refund exists, and the player has already guaranteed, on registering, that they took legal advice first.
  • Bets voided on suspicion, evidence withheld. Where it suspects an unsportsmanlike match, the company reserves the right to block bets before any international body concludes, declare them invalid if unsportsmanlike play is determined, and pay them at odds of 1 — and states that the administration "is not obliged to present evidence and conclusions to the customers". The player agrees in advance that the referee is the other side, and that the verdict need not be explained.
  • Any bet can be refused without a reason, and "unusual" means different. The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse a bet from any individual without giving a reason, and defines unusual betting activity as "any differences in the type, size, volume and manner of bets placed". A change in a player's own habits is, by the document's definition, grounds for scrutiny.
  • Errors and misprints reset the bet. Where an employee errs in accepting a bet — obvious misprints, odds inconsistent between offered markets — the bookmaker reserves the right to declare the bet void and return the stake at odds of 1, or settle it at the effective odds for the market. Which of the two applies is the bookmaker's election, and neither is the bet as it was placed.

The combination that matters is the 30-day payout window, the right to void bets on suspicion, and the explicit refusal to show evidence in a dispute. Each is defensible alone; together they mean a player who believes a bet was wrongly voided has no mechanism to contest it. Under these terms, the player's own betting records are the only records they are guaranteed to see.
