NegativeA new Clause 19 limits what free spins can release to the real balance: €50 for up to 50 free spins, €100 for more than 50, and "Any amount exceeding that will be voided." The welcome package advertises 250 free spins in batches of 100, 50 and 100, so the most all of them can pay together is €250. The same edit rewrote Clause 18 from a five-country max-win rule into a one-line restatement of the 10x cap Clause 12 already applies to everyone, and deleted two clauses the casino had kept for itself: the right to deny a bonus "at any time, including prior to crediting", and the right to demand ID, proof of address and proof of payment before crediting one. One cap on the player came in; three rights held by the casino went out.

What this means for players
The 20 August edit touched the last four numbered clauses of the Welcome Package terms and left the first seventeen alone. Clause 12 (the 10x release cap), Clause 13 (35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 40x on free spins) and Clause 15 (10 days) are unchanged.
- New: free-spin winnings are capped at €50 or €100 (Clause 19). "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 50 EUR / 225 PLN / 500 NOK / 75 AUD / 300 BRL / 75 CAD / CHF 55 / 50.000 CLP / 1 250 CZK / 20.000 HUF / 100 NZD / 250 PEN / 50 USD for up to 50 Free Spins, or 100 EUR / 450 PLN / 1 000 NOK / 150 AUD / 600 BRL / 150 CAD / CHF 110 / 100.000 CLP / 2 500 CZK / 40.000 HUF / 200 NZD / 500 PEN / 100 USD for over 50 Free Spins. Any amount exceeding that will be voided." The first and third deposits carry 100 spins each and the second carries 50: €100, €50 and €100, or €250 from the 250 spins in the headline, before the 40x wagering that still applies to them.
- Rewritten: Clause 18 loses its country list and its cancellation right. Before, it applied a 10x Max Win cash-out rule to residents of Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Chile and Peru and ended "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus." After: "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount", with a thirteen-currency example. The 10x figure reaches no one it did not already reach — Clause 12 has capped every player at 10x throughout — and the sentence giving the casino the right to cancel a withdrawal is gone.
- Deleted: the right to deny a bonus at any time (old Clause 19). "We offer bonuses as additional entertainment for recreational players, and reserve the right to deny a bonus/promotion, or mark an account as ineligible to partake in any bonuses/promotions, at any time, including prior to crediting a bonus / promotion. This will not affect any real money funds which are not locked to a bonus." Both sentences are removed — the right, and the assurance about real-money funds that came with it.
- Deleted: the right to demand documents before crediting a bonus (old Clause 20). "We reserve the right to request sufficient and satisfactory documentation to verify customer information, such as a copy of ID, proof of address, as well as proof of payment, prior to crediting a bonus or processing a withdrawal of winnings derived from gameplay with a bonus." The closing clause still makes the promotion subject to the General Terms and Conditions; this document no longer states the right itself.
For a player the night's net is one number and three absences. The number is a €250 ceiling on 250 free spins. The absences are a right to cancel a withdrawal, a right to refuse a bonus at any time, and a right to hold a bonus until documents arrive — none of which this document now claims.

Four days after Clause 18's worked example grew from five currencies to thirteen, it shrinks again: PLN, NOK, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, HUF and NZD are gone, and 3,800 THB and 13,000 JPY — with ceilings of 38,000 THB and 130,000 JPY — take their place beside the euro, dollar, real, peso and sol. For the first time the example quotes a currency of Thailand or Japan, two of the five countries the 10x Max Win rule is written for. The deposit-bonus clauses keep all thirteen; the win-cap example is back out of step with them.
Clause 18's worked example of the 10x Max Win cash-out rule — which applies to residents of Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Chile and Peru — now quotes the €100 bonus and its €1,000 ceiling in thirteen currencies instead of five, adding PLN, NOK, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, HUF and NZD. The deposit-bonus clauses already listed those thirteen; the win-cap example was the one paragraph still on five. Nothing in the rule moved: the multiple is 10x and the country list is the same five.
Spain was added to the restriction lists for Planet of the Apes, Vikings, Narcos and Street Fighter in four separate clauses, and clause 15.2 now lists Canada among the countries where NetEnt games are unavailable — an entire provider removed in one word. Planet of the Apes picked up nine other jurisdictions in the same edit. One clause moved the other way: 15.7 opened Universal Monsters to Switzerland, Spain, Belgium and the UAE. Spain appears in five of the six edits, losing four titles and gaining three.
