Clause 8.3 of Pickwin's general terms says winnings from bonuses, free spins, free bets or special offers may be subject to a maximum withdrawal of EUR 300 unless the promotion states otherwise, and clause 5.3 lets the casino, when it closes or suspends an account for not complying with the terms, withhold any money in the account, including the deposit. The rest of the money terms are plainer: a deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal, approved withdrawals are generally processed within three business days, the casino sets no withdrawal cap of its own, and no inactivity fee is charged under the terms. Liability to a player is capped at the value of the disputed bet or €500, whichever is lower. The fraud section confiscates winnings that result from a breach and leaves deposits not connected to it to applicable law, while clause 5.3 reaches the deposit for a breach of any term.

What this means for players

Pickwin is operated by NALATE SRL of San José, Costa Rica, licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and its terms, last updated on 8 August 2026, are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The restricted list has thirty-three entries, among them Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. The withdrawal terms are short and plain. The weight of the document sits in what the casino may keep and in how little it owes when something goes wrong.

  • A €300 ceiling on promotional winnings. Clause 8.3 reads: "Winnings obtained from bonuses, free spins, free bets or special offers may be subject to a maximum withdrawal of EUR 300, or the equivalent in the Account currency, unless the specific promotion states otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing." A promotion that sets no cap of its own still has one, written in the general terms.
  • The deposit can be withheld for any breach. Clause 5.3 allows closure or suspension where the casino reasonably believes a player is not complying with the terms, and continues: "If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit)." The fraud section is narrower. Clause 16.2 confiscates winnings that result, directly or indirectly, from the breach, and clause 16.3 says deposited funds not connected to the breach will be handled in accordance with applicable law. A closure without a stated breach, under clause 5.4, returns all funds. The clause with the widest trigger is the one that reaches the deposit.
  • One wager of the deposit, at odds of 1.10 or more. Clause 8.2 reads: "Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have wagered an amount at least equal to one (1) time the amount deposited." Bets at odds below 1.10, or below a 1.10x multiplier in crash and multiplier games, do not count and may be reviewed as abusive or artificial wagering. A deposit played at the shortest odds counts for nothing towards the turnover.
  • No casino cap on withdrawals, checks at any time. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within three business days, and a player may request the cleared balance, including a verified progressive jackpot, with instalments only where a payment provider's transaction limits require them. Before any withdrawal the casino may ask for photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or Face ID check, source of funds, proof of payment-method ownership or a verification call, and it may run those checks at any time. A verified win, a progressive jackpot included, can be requested in full, on whatever timetable the checks take.
  • Cashback is capped at 15% of deposits. Clause 7.8 reads: "In all circumstances, cashback granted for a promotional period shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the total deposits made by the Customer during that same period." Under clause 7.7 the casino may also adjust cashback when winnings from an earlier period are lost in a later one and the result is clearly disproportionate to that period's deposits. Whatever percentage an offer advertises, the return cannot exceed 15% of what went in during that period.
  • Prohibited play, judged by thresholds the player never sees. Clause 16.1 bars low-risk and offsetting wagering meant to complete a wagering requirement, Martingale or progressive staking where it is intended to exploit a bonus, cashback, wagering requirement, payment mechanism or system weakness, and delaying bonus rounds until wagering no longer applies. Clause 16.4 reads: "Our internal risk indicators, thresholds, detection methods and investigation procedures are confidential and do not form part of these Terms." The rules are published, and the measure used to apply them is not.
  • Liability capped at the bet or €500. Under clause 14.2 the casino's total liability is the value of the bets placed on the product that gave rise to the claim, or €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower. A claim arising from a €20 bet is worth at most €20, and the casino's total liability never exceeds €500.
  • No inactivity fee. An account with no wager for 180 days may be classified as inactive, and clause 6.4 reads: "No inactivity fee is charged under these Terms unless a different fee is clearly communicated on the Website before it becomes applicable." After 30 months without a transaction the casino may attempt to return the balance, subject to checks. A dormant balance carries no charge unless a fee is first published on the website.
  • Changes take effect on publication. The casino may amend the terms at any time, amendments are binding immediately on publication on the website, and continued use counts as agreement, though bets not settled before a change are settled under the earlier terms. A bet placed keeps its terms, and everything else changes the moment the page does.

A deposit needs one turn, withdrawals have no casino-set ceiling and the terms set no inactivity fee. What stands out is what the casino may keep: winnings above €300 on any offer without a cap of its own, and the deposit itself when an account is closed for not complying with the terms.
