What this means for players
The 22 August edit removes one clause and renumbers the one after it. It adds nothing.
- Gone: Clause 19. Both sentences — the €50 and €100 limits by batch size, and "Any amount exceeding that will be voided" — are removed. The first deposit's 100 spins, the second's 50 and the third's 100 are again limited only by Clause 13's 40x wagering on free-spin winnings.
- Kept: the 10x cap, in Clause 12 and in the rewritten Clause 18. "Winnings from the bonus funds are subject to a maximum release of 10x the bonus amount credited" and "The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount" both stand. On the cash bonus, 23 August reads the same as 19 August.
- Kept: the 20 August deletions. The right to deny a bonus "at any time, including prior to crediting", the right to request ID, proof of address and proof of payment before crediting, and the sentence "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus" were all removed on 20 August and none is restored.
- Kept: everything in Clauses 1 to 17. €20 minimum deposit, Neteller and Skrill excluded, €100 maximum bet, 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 10 days to complete it.
The cap on free spins is the only part of the 20 August edit that was reversed, and it was the only part that restricted the player. The parts that restricted the casino were left where they fell.

Any amount exceeding that will be voided." The package hands out 100, 50 and 100 spins across three deposits — €100, €50 and €100, so €250 is the most the 250 advertised spins can ever release. In the same edit Clause 18 dropped its five-country list and its "we may cancel a withdrawal" sentence in favour of a plain 10x line, and the two clauses reserving the casino's right to deny a bonus at any time and to demand ID before crediting one were deleted outright.
Clause 18 now reads "for the residents of Thailand, Japan, Brazil, Chile and Peru" — Japan is the addition — and its example, which quoted only euros, now runs 100 EUR / 100 USD / 600 BRL / 100.000 CLP / 500 PEN / 3,800 THB / 13,000 JPY, with a 130,000 JPY ceiling on a 13,000 JPY bonus. The 10x multiple is not new to Japanese players: Clause 12 already limits every player's release to 10x the bonus. What Clause 18 adds for its five countries is the sentence that follows: "We may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds the Max Win amount applicable to your bonus." Japan now has the ceiling twice, and the cancellation right once.
Clause 12 caps winnings from welcome bonus funds at 10x the bonus amount credited, and Clause 13 sets the wagering at 35x the deposit and bonus combined, to be completed within 10 days of activation. Free spins winnings are wagered 40x. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is €100, and Clause 18 states the 10x cap a second time for residents of Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Peru, adding that the casino may cancel a withdrawal that exceeds it. The number is the same for everyone; the right to cancel is written only for four countries.
