Starz Spins Lifts Bonus Rules Only When the Player Asks, and Takes the Bonus Back When It Does

The Starz Spins bonus terms captured on 29 August 2026 run to eight sections, from general bonus policies to collusion. The multiples are moderate and there is no maximum-bet rule. What the terms add is a restriction lifecycle in which finishing the wagering does not, on its own, end the bonus rules.

• 15x the deposit and bonus, table games excluded. Clause 4.4 reads: "Players must wager 15 times the combined total of their deposit and bonus before requesting withdrawal, unless otherwise stated." Bets on baccarat, craps, pontoon blackjack, roulette, sic bo and live dealer games do not count, and deposit coupons are valid for 7 days after redemption. A $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs $3,000 of bets on the games that count.
• Restrictions end only on request. Clause 2.5.1 keeps the bonus terms in force while the Initial Bonus Amount remains in the playable balance, and 2.5.4 reads: "The removal of bonus funds is not automatic and must be explicitly requested by the player after wagering requirements are fulfilled." Under 2.2.2, every win made while a bonus is active is attributed to the bonus portion of the balance. A player who finishes the wagering and keeps playing without writing to support is still playing under bonus rules.
• The bonus is removed, never paid. Clause 1.7 says deposit bonuses are solely for wagering and cannot be withdrawn as real cash, and under 1.12 the casino first removes any remaining Initial Bonus Amount when a withdrawal is requested. "Once removed, it cannot be restored, reprocessed, or credited back to the player’s account." A player who clears a $100 bonus with $450 on the balance can withdraw $350.
• Free and low-wagering bonuses wait for a balance under $1. For no-deposit bonuses, free chips and free spins included, and for any bonus whose requirement is under 3x the deposit plus bonus, the restrictions stay in force after the wagering is complete. They lift only after a Qualifying Fund Action: a deposit processed or a new bonus claimed, a playable balance below $1, and no pending withdrawal, all at the same time. The restrictions come off only once there is less than $1 left for them to apply to.
• Free spin wins capped at $/€50. Clause 5.1 caps withdrawals from free spin winnings at $/€50 unless otherwise stated, 5.2 requires them to be wagered 40 times first, and 5.3 reads: "Any remaining winnings after the allowed withdrawal amount is paid will be automatically removed from the player’s account." Free chips also carry 40x (3.2). A $300 free-spin win pays out $50, and the other $250 is removed.
• Cashback at 20x, capped at 5x. Clause 1.23 credits cashback only from $10, counts only clean lost deposits from the last 7 days, and states that Instant Cashback requires 20x wagering with a maximum cashout of 5x the cashback amount. $20 of cashback needs $400 of bets and can pay out $100 at most.
• Twenty countries cannot cash out bonus winnings. Under clause 1.21, players located in Belarus, Croatia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uzbekistan may not receive or cash out bonus-related winnings, and 1.22 adds that certain promotions may not be available in Thailand, Austria, Sri Lanka, Slovenia and Greece. For players in those twenty countries, the rest of the document describes offers they cannot use.
• Forfeiture tied to named misconduct. Clause 7.2 says players found cheating via software manipulation, collusion or exploiting vulnerabilities lose all associated winnings, bonuses and privileges, and 8.4 reads: "In confirmed cases, the Casino reserves the right to withhold part or all of the player's balance, including winnings derived from unfair practices." Clause 6.1 voids winnings from a sequenced promotion if a step is skipped, and 1.19 makes players accept full responsibility for losses caused by changes to or cancellations of promotions.
