Clause 3.1 of the Starz Spins general terms permits one account per user, household, device or IP address, and a second account may lead to closure, voided bets and confiscation of funds or bonuses. Clause 5.16 sets withdrawal limits of $5,000 up to $10,000 a day and $20,000 up to $40,000 a month and applies them per player, per household, per account and per payment method. Clause 5.1 allows one approved withdrawal per 24 hours and says most withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes. An account idle for 12 months is charged no inactivity fee, and a deposit needs wagering only once before it can be withdrawn. Two adults who share a home or an internet connection are, on the wording of these terms, entitled to one account between them.

What this means for players

The Starz Spins general terms captured on 29 August 2026 run to 21 sections and name One Touch Exch Co. Ltd. as the company that owns and operates the platform under an Anjouan gaming licence. Disputes go to arbitration, under the jurisdiction of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The payout figures are high, and the account rules are drawn wide.

  • One account per household, device or IP address. Clause 3.1 reads: "Only one account is permitted per user, household, device, or IP address." Multiple accounts may result in account closures, voided bets and confiscation of funds or bonuses. A partner or flatmate who opens an account on the same connection puts both accounts under that rule without either of them doing anything else.
  • Withdrawal limits counted per household. Clause 5.16 sets $5,000 up to $10,000 a day, $10,000 up to $20,000 a week and $20,000 up to $40,000 a month, says the limits may vary with VIP status or tier level, and adds: "These limits apply per player, per household, per account, and per payment method." Clause 5.1 allows one approved withdrawal per 24 hours. Each limit is given as a range, and the document never says which tier gets which figure.
  • The balance must fall below $1 before a new deposit. Clause 17.3, headed "Mixing of Funds", reads: "Players must reduce their balance to below $/€1 before claiming new bonuses or making new deposits." It covers a plain deposit as well as a bonus. A player cannot top up a $10 balance without breaking the rule.
  • Funds at risk on suspicion. Clause 7.16 reads: "Starz Spins may freeze or confiscate funds if suspicious activity occurs." Clause 11.1 adds that violations may result in account suspension, termination or forfeiture of winnings, and clause 11.2 reads: "Starz Spins retains full discretion in determining violations." Suspicious activity is not defined anywhere in the document, and the casino alone decides when a rule was broken.
  • A 5% fee on methods it does not name. Clause 5.13 reads: "Some methods may include a 5% processing fee." No method is listed, so the terms do not tell a player which withdrawal route carries the fee.
  • Winnings tied to a network fee. Clause 7.18 reads: "Transactions flagged for insufficient fees may lead to forfeiture of related winnings." A fee set too low on the blockchain can cost what the deposit went on to win.
  • Fast payouts, one play-through, no dormancy charge. Clause 5.1 says most withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes, depending on KYC status and network conditions, and clause 5.10 says bank transfers may take 3 to 10 business days. Clause 5.6 requires deposits to be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and clauses 6.6 and 14.1 state that no inactivity fees apply to an account idle for 12 months. A player who deposits $100 has to stake $100 before asking for it back, and an idle account costs nothing.
  • Two effective dates. The heading reads "Effective Date: November 28, 2025", clause 16.1 says the terms take effect on 1 June 2025, and clause 1.5 lets the casino change the terms at any time, with or without prior notice. A player cannot tell from the document which date the version in front of them carries.

By the numbers the payout side is generous. Whether a player keeps a win depends on account rules wide enough to catch a shared address, a small top-up and a fee setting, with the casino deciding when any of them was broken.
