Thor Casino Pays Out at Most €2,500 a Week, So a €20,000 Win Takes Eight Weeks to Collect
Worse for players
Slightly NegativeThe general terms of Thor Casino state: "The maximum withdrawable amount per week is 2,500 EUR or 10,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency)." Players with a higher VIP status can be given an exception at the discretion of management, and the withdrawal section adds that the amounts available to withdraw may change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion. A withdrawal of €20,000 or more may also be divided into instalments, with no interest on the amount still owed. At €2,500 a week a €20,000 win takes at least eight weeks to reach the player, and the operator keeps the right to move that figure.

What this means for players
Thor Casino is run by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-916426 and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board under licence ALSI-202509006-FI 1, issued on 16 September 2025. The general terms close the casino to residents of 36 countries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Cyprus and Slovenia. The money rules sit in the deposit and withdrawal sections, and the one with the most reach is the weekly cap.
- €2,500 a week, €10,000 a month. "The maximum withdrawable amount per week is 2,500 EUR or 10,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency)." Exceptions can be made for players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management, and the withdrawal section states that the amounts available to withdraw may change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion. Collecting a €50,000 win at the monthly limit takes five months.
- Instalments from €20,000, with no interest. "If you wish to withdraw a part of the winnings which is amounted to 20,000 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) or more, we have the right to divide the pay-out into instalments until the full amount is paid out." The next sentence reads: "You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts." The clause sets no schedule for the instalments, only an end point.
- Deposits played once, bonus money can be left behind. "All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance." A player can withdraw the real money balance before the bonus wagering is complete and forfeits the bonus balance in doing so. Walking away from a bonus costs the bonus, not the deposit.
- A decision in 2 business days, the fee shown only at the cashier. "The time for the withdrawal to be finalised may vary due to circumstances but a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within 2 business days." The reasons for a delay are owed only once the money takes more than 10 business days to arrive, and the terms say the casino may decide to charge fees for processing withdrawals, to be stated when the withdrawal is requested. The cost of a withdrawal appears on the request screen, not in the terms.
- Winnings withheld on suspicion. "If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Account, or withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you." Another clause makes Wild Blackfin Limited SRL the final decision-maker of whether its rules were broken. The suspicion and the verdict both sit with the operator.
- Two grounds for closing an account still say "[BRAND NAME]". Among the reasons for which the operator may exclude a player or terminate an account, two read "[BRAND NAME] has reasonable suspicion that you are cheating or colluding with other players" and "[BRAND NAME] has reasonable suspicion that you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics". Half of the listed grounds were published with the template placeholder where the casino's name belongs.
- Two licence numbers for one company. The introduction gives licence ALSI-202509006-FI 1. The deposit section names Slotvision Limited, registered in Cyprus under HE 395559, as payment agent for Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, which it describes as holder of Anjouan Online Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202601043-FI2. A player checking the licence finds two numbers in one document and no sentence saying which covers this casino.
- A €5 monthly fee after six idle months. An account with a real money balance and no transactions for at least 6 consecutive months is dormant, and the operator may email up to 1 month before. "When an account becomes inactive, Wild Blackfin Limited SRL reserves the right to charge 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per month administrative fee on your account." The clause names no point at which the charging stops.
- Changes need the player's acceptance, disputes can go outside. "You will be notified in advance of any such changes, and they will only take effect for you once you have reconfirmed your acceptance." An unresolved complaint can go to EADR Ltd for alternative dispute resolution, whose decision both parties must abide by, and a very serious one to the Anjouan Gaming Commission between seven days and six months after the matter first arose. The general rule asks before it binds, which leaves the sole-discretion right over the withdrawal limits as the exception.
The caps are written as plain numbers, and a win above €10,000 meets them before it reaches the instalment clause at €20,000. The terms ask a player to reconfirm before any change takes effect, yet the withdrawal section keeps the right to change those numbers at the operator's sole discretion.
