Tsars has moved the deposit turnover requirement in clause 8.3.2.1 from the end of the clause to the beginning, and rephrased it. The requirement itself is unchanged: 3x the deposited amount on slot games and 5x on all other games before a withdrawal, with a 20% fee where it has not been met.

This record is logged because the clause text changed, not because the obligation did. The practical effect is that a requirement previously placed where it was easy to miss now appears at the top of the section.

What this means for players

Clause 8.3.2.1 was rewritten so the deposit turnover requirement appears at the start of the clause rather than the end. The previous version closed with “Minimum threshold turnover for the slot games is equal x3 from the deposited amount and x5 from the deposit for all other games”. The new version opens with “Minimum wagering requirements are x3 of the deposited amount for slot games and x5 of the deposited amount for all other games”.

The obligation itself is unchanged — 3x on slots, 5x on all other games before a withdrawal escapes the fee. This record exists because the clause text changed, not because the requirement did. The practical effect is that a rule previously placed where it was easy to miss now sits at the top of the section; the terms give no reason for the edit, so the intent behind it is not something we can establish.

The fee attached to it is discretionary, not automatic. Clause 8.3.2 says Tsars “reserves the right to charge a 20% fee of the requested withdrawal amount” where the turnover has not been reached — a right the casino holds, not a penalty it commits to applying. Where it is applied, the clause states the fee “will be instantly deducted after the approval of the requested withdrawal”.

The worked example is Tsars’ own and survives the edit unchanged: a player who deposits €500, then a further €20 without meeting the turnover, must bet €1,560 in total (€500 x 3 = €1,500, plus €20 x 3 = €60). A new deposit does not reset the requirement on the previous one.

What changed

Was Minimum threshold turnover for the slot games is equal x3 from the deposited amount and x5 from the deposit for all other games. (located at the end of clause 8.3.2.1)
Now Minimum wagering requirements are x3 of the deposited amount for slot games and x5 of the deposited amount for all other games. (moved to the beginning of clause 8.3.2.1)

Tsars has lowered the account balance that triggers a mandatory gameplay review before a withdrawal is released. The trigger previously required a balance of €50,000 or more, or a single win of €10,000 or more. It now triggers at €25,000 or more, keeps the €10,000 single-win trigger, and adds a new one: any win of 5,000x the original bet or more. Two things changed in one edit. The balance threshold is halved, and a multiplier-based trigger that did not previously exist is introduced. Because 5,000x is measured against the stake rather than the payout, a win from a small bet can now trigger a review at amounts far below any previous threshold — a €0.20 spin paying 5,000x returns €1,000, which would not have met either of the old triggers. Clause 8.21 states these check-ups could take up to 7 working days. That duration is unchanged by this edit; what changed is how many players fall into it.

One day after tripling its payout processing time, Tsars made the same change to refunds. The clause previously read that withdrawals, including refunds, shall be provided within 24 hours after completion of KYC and approval of the account; it now reads within 72 hours. Taken with the payout change recorded on 3 June 2026, both of the casino's stated turnaround commitments moved from 24 to 72 hours within 48 hours of each other.

Tsars has tripled the processing time stated in its payout clause. The clause previously read that all payout requests are processed in the order of the queue within 24 hours; it now reads within 72 hours. Nothing else changed — the queue language and the ordering are identical, only the number moved. That figure is the casino's own stated commitment for how long it may take to process a withdrawal request once made. Tripling it widens the window from one day to three.
