Tsars Triples Payout Processing Time From 24 to 72 Hours
Worse for players
NegativeTsars has tripled the processing time stated in its payout clause. The clause previously read that all payout requests are processed in the order of the queue within 24 hours; it now reads within 72 hours. Nothing else changed — the queue language and the ordering are identical, only the number moved.
That figure is the casino's own stated commitment for how long it may take to process a withdrawal request once made. Tripling it widens the window from one day to three.

What this means for players
Tsars has tripled the processing time stated in its payout clause. It previously read that all payout requests are processed in the order of the queue within 24 hours; it now reads within 72 hours. The queue language and the ordering are unchanged — only the number moved.
That figure is the casino's own commitment for how long it may take to process a withdrawal request once submitted, before any payment-provider time is added on top. Tripling it widens the window from one day to three.
The same edit reworded clause 4.8, which governs how players must contact support. The CC-and-forwarding warning is not itself new — the previous version already told players not to send “a forward or carbon copy (cc)”. Three things changed. BCC was added to the named list. A sentence was inserted that did not exist before: “We operate through agent email communication, and receipt of emails is only guaranteed when sent directly to us” — turning a practical warning into a limit on what Tsars guarantees it receives at all. And the spam language was softened: “there is a high possibility that these types of emails will go into Spam and therefore won’t be viewed” became “may not be received and could be marked as spam”. Both versions close by noting the procedure matters most for messages about account closure or gambling problems.
Update: one day later, on 4 June 2026, Tsars made the same 24-to-72-hour change to clause 8.2, covering withdrawals and refunds after KYC. That edit left clause 8.3 still stating 24 hours, so the terms now give two different answers for the same action.

One day after tripling its payout processing time, Tsars made the same change to refunds. The clause previously read that withdrawals, including refunds, shall be provided within 24 hours after completion of KYC and approval of the account; it now reads within 72 hours. Taken with the payout change recorded on 3 June 2026, both of the casino's stated turnaround commitments moved from 24 to 72 hours within 48 hours of each other.
Tsars sets standard withdrawal limits of €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €30,000 per month. Under clause 8.15, winnings originating from any of its four welcome package bonuses can instead be limited to €500 per week until the balance is cleared — a thirtyfold reduction against the standard weekly limit, applied to exactly the players a welcome bonus is designed to attract. Two further costs sit on ordinary play. Deposited funds carry a turnover requirement of 3x on slots and 5x on all other games before withdrawal, with a 20% fee charged where it has not been met. Every deposit also carries a flat €1.00 charge.
