Very Negative

Tsars sets standard withdrawal limits of €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €30,000 per month. Under clause 8.15, winnings originating from any of its four welcome package bonuses can instead be limited to €500 per week until the balance is cleared — a thirtyfold reduction against the standard weekly limit, applied to exactly the players a welcome bonus is designed to attract.

Two further costs sit on ordinary play. Deposited funds carry a turnover requirement of 3x on slots and 5x on all other games before withdrawal, with a 20% fee charged where it has not been met. Every deposit also carries a flat €1.00 charge.

What this means for players

Tsars' standard withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €30,000 per month. Clause 8.15 sets a different limit for anyone who used the welcome package: where winnings originate from the first, second, third or fourth deposit bonus, Tsars reserves the right to cap that player's withdrawals at €500 per week until all funds have been withdrawn or the balance falls below €10. That is a thirtyfold reduction against the standard weekly figure, applied to the players a welcome offer is designed to recruit.

  • A flat fee on every deposit (8.1). Tsars charges €1.00 commission per deposit, added on top of the amount, so a €20 deposit debits €21. Only the net amount counts toward bonus activation.
  • €25 for each failed withdrawal (8.3.1). Tsars reserves the right to charge €25 for each failed or returned withdrawal, and the clause names three ways to fail: incorrect bank details, withdrawing to a bank registered in a country other than the one where the player resides, and withdrawing to Revolut — which the clause permits only for residents of Lithuania. The charge is per attempt, so someone banking abroad can be billed repeatedly on a route the terms have already closed.
  • Deposit turnover before penalty-free withdrawal (8.3.2). Deposited funds must be wagered 3x on slots or 5x on all other games; withdrawing without meeting it triggers a 20% fee.
  • Several routes to a 20% withdrawal fee. Clause 8.3.3 reserves a 20% charge on processing withdrawals at the casino's discretion, and 8.3.4 allows the same where a player requests more than two small withdrawals in a day. Payment-method fees apply on top — €7 for bank transfer, 2% for Neteller, up to 2.29% plus €2 for Zimpler.
  • Bonus wagering and bet caps. Active bonuses carry 25x wagering on the combined deposit and bonus — effectively 50x the bonus on a 100% match. Maximum bet while wagering is €2 on the first and second welcome bonuses and €3–€5 on later offers; exceeding it is treated as bonus abuse.
  • Verification within three days of registration (6.1). Documents must be uploaded within three days of opening the account, rather than at the point of withdrawal.
  • Confiscation of winnings and deposits (22.5). Where Tsars considers a rule violation an attempt to cheat, the clause allows it to confiscate all winnings and deposits without refund.

The two clauses that bear hardest on an ordinary player are 8.15 and 8.3.2 — the first throttles withdrawals to €500 a week for anyone who took a welcome bonus, the second attaches a 20% charge to withdrawing a deposit that has not been turned over three to five times.
