Clause 8.5 of Verde Casino's general terms allows deposits by paid SMS from a single phone number, and states: "Only half of the added sum goes to Your Account." Clause 8.11.6 reserves the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal to cover payment expenses when turnover is, in the clause's words, "2 (two) times less than the deposit", and clause 8.17 lets the casino limit a player to 5,000 EUR per 30 days once the withdrawal request, the current balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach 20 times total deposits. Approval takes up to 2 working days for amounts up to 499 EUR and up to 30 working days for more than 30,000 EUR. A 20 EUR top-up by text message puts 10 EUR in the account, and withdrawing it unplayed is exactly the case in which a fifth of what is left may be held back.

What this means for players

Verdecasino.com is run by Wiraon B.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/686/0183, with payments handled by Briantie Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, as its authorised agent. The general terms run to 32 sections, and the cashier rules in section 8 decide how much of a deposit arrives and how much of a withdrawal leaves.

  • Half of an SMS deposit reaches the account. Clause 8.5 allows paid SMS deposits from the one phone number given in the profile, and states: "Only half of the added sum goes to Your Account." Players who top up with a loan from their mobile operator "are blacklisted, and gamers' accounts are blocked without a withdrawal option", and clause 8.11.5 delays the withdrawal of money transferred from a phone operator by 2 to 3 weeks for a fraud check. A 20 EUR text-message deposit puts 10 EUR in the account, and that money can take three weeks to come back out.
  • 20% withheld on low turnover, in a sentence that reads two ways. Clause 8.11.6: "if the turnover amount is 2 (two) times less than the deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of withdrawal in order to cover payment expenses." Read one way, turnover has to reach twice the deposit. Read the other, half of it. Clause 8.12 then prices a charge on the same unplayed money differently: "We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs for the withdrawal of funds that have not been put into play." The document sets two prices for one withdrawal and does not say which applies.
  • A 5,000 EUR limit tied to how far wins outrun deposits. Clause 8.17 reads: "In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days." The word is "may", and clause 8.19 leaves other withdrawal terms open to individual negotiation with the site's administration. Someone who has deposited 500 EUR over the life of the account and holds 10,000 EUR is at the line, and collecting that balance at the limit takes two 30-day periods.
  • Approval times grow with the amount. Clauses 8.13 to 8.16 set the ceilings for players who have passed KYC: up to 499 EUR within 2 working days, 500 to 4,999 EUR within 5, 5,000 to 29,999 EUR within 14, and more than 30,000 EUR within 30, each "except for weekends and holidays". Thirty working days is six calendar weeks before a single public holiday is counted, and a request of exactly 30,000 EUR falls between the last two bands.
  • A second account costs the deposits in both. Under clause 5.5 the company may close every duplicate account and the main one, and clause 5.5.2 states that "all stakes or deposits made using the Main and/or Duplicate Account will not be returned to you". Clause 5.5.3 adds that any funds withdrawn from either account "shall be returned to us on demand". The sanction reaches the money in the one account a player was allowed to open, not only the winnings in the one they were not.
  • A suspicion can cost the whole balance. Clause 11.5 lets the company terminate or block an account where it suspects "fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity", including conduct "otherwise in violation of the Terms", and continues: "If your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Account." Clause 12.7 separately reserves the right to close accounts and void bets, bonuses and winnings where an account was created or used through a VPN or proxy server. The trigger in 11.5 is a suspicion of any breach, and the money it reaches includes deposits as well as winnings.
  • Ten days to report a game fault, to the minute. Clause 15.2 gives a player 10 days from the incident to contact support about frozen games, uncredited winnings or profile issues, and states: "It is imperative that the player provides the exact time of the incident, accurate to the minute, to aid in the investigation." The next sentence reads: "If this condition is not met, the casino administration reserves the right to decline the review of the case for technical reasons." Clause 22.2 makes the server's records the final authority in any dispute, so the minute the player gives is checked against a log only the casino holds.
  • Deactivating an account ends withdrawals. Clause 31.2, in the section on personal limits and self-exclusion, reads: "After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to log in, open a new account or withdraw money." Where the company itself terminates an account under 13.5.3, the terms promise any balance back within a reasonable time of the player's request. The player who closes the account to stop gambling is the one the terms do not promise the balance to.

None of these clauses stops a deposit going in. They decide how much of it arrives, how much of a withdrawal can be held back, and how long the largest withdrawals wait.
