Worse for players

Very Negative

Wikibet's General Terms & Conditions state that no withdrawal will be accepted once three months have passed since the last successful deposit, and that a new minimum deposit, €20 in the same terms, is then required. The operator can decide that the most a player is paid out is €5,000 a month, in instalments it chooses, and e-wallet withdrawals may carry a 10% fee deducted from the winnings, although an earlier clause says no administrative charges are imposed on withdrawals. A player who wins €2,500 grants the company a permanent, irrevocable and worldwide right to use their name and photograph in its marketing. A balance won on a deposit made more than three months earlier can only leave after the player pays in again.

What this means for players

Wikibet's General Terms & Conditions, last updated on 29 September 2025, are issued by Geeker Technology N.V. of Curaçao, licence number OGL/2024/251/0130, with a Cyprus subsidiary, Geeker Technology Limited. The clauses that decide the most about a balance are the ones on when it can leave, how much of it at a time and at what cost.

  • Three months from the last deposit. "No withdrawals shall be accepted from the Accounts if a period of three (3) months has elapsed from when the last successful deposit was made. In such cases, a new minimum deposit will be required." The minimum deposit in the same terms is €20. A second clause lets the casino "withhold/postpone or suspend the payment of his/her withdrawal if the Player’s Account has been inactive and no wagering has been made in the same calendar month", and states that this also applies to progressive jackpot winnings. The three-month clock runs from the deposit, not from the last bet or login, so a player who is still playing every week can reach it.
  • €5,000 a month, at the operator's choice. "The Player is aware of and agrees that Geeker Technology N.V. can decide by its own standards, that the maximum amount that a Player can be paid-out is € 5,000 (or the equivalent amount in US dollars or GBP currency) per month." Amounts above that "will be paid in terms which Geeker Technology N.V. decides", in whole or in instalments, and the operator may also choose to pay a larger amount at once. A €20,000 win paid at the cap takes four months, and the clause leaves both the cap and the schedule to the operator's decision.
  • No charges on withdrawals, then a 10% fee. The deposits section states that "Geeker Technology N.V. shall not impose any administrative charges associated with deposits and withdrawals in the Account." The withdrawals section says that "Withdrawal fees that may be applicable are 10% for the e-Wallet transfers and the total of the actual bank fee costs for the bank transfers. Any fees involved will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings." Payments in a currency other than the euro are converted at a rate the company determines, and it reserves the right to charge "any exchange premia". A player cannot tell from the document which of the two withdrawal clauses applies to their cash-out.
  • Deposit play-through, with a tier below the minimum deposit. Deposits of €10 or more must be wagered 100% before a withdrawal is processed, deposits under €10 must be wagered three times, and "WikiBet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals that do not meet these criteria." A deposit made only to receive free spins cannot be withdrawn. The same terms set the minimum deposit at €20, so the 3x tier covers deposits below the minimum the document itself sets.
  • A €2,500 win and the player's name and photograph. "In the event that a Player wins an amount equal to two thousand and five hundred Euro (€2,500) by playing on the Internet Site, the Player agrees to give the Company the exclusive permanent and irrevocable right and authorization to use the Player’s name, photograph, and portrait in all media as part of the company’s marketing and promotional needs, and for its Internet Site(s), on a worldwide level, and to be fully cooperative with the Company representatives including support staff." The trigger is the win itself, and a right that is permanent and irrevocable outlasts the account it was won on.
  • Thirty days to produce documents that can be notarised. The company may ask for a notarised ID, a proof of address no older than two months and proof that the banking details are the player's own, and verification is required before paying once withdrawals since registration reach €2,000. "In the event that You are not able to provide Us with the requested documents within a reasonable time frame not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of Our request, We may close your Player's Account, and/or Your withdrawal may be refused and/or Your winnings can be voided." Thirty days is the whole window to obtain a notarised copy before the winnings can be voided.
  • All funds withheld for "abuse". The behaviour the company may deem abusive is listed as "including but not limited to" false registration details, IP hiding software, shared payment methods, bonus bets above 30% of the starting balance or €8 a round, and the case where "intentionally or unintentionally, the Player has permitted another player to play on their personal account". Once play is deemed abuse, the company has the right, at its sole discretion, to act so that "all funds in any account/s belonging to such Player will be withheld and any pending bonuses or payouts will be voided". The list is open, and the sanction reaches every account and all funds, not only the bonus money.
  • €5 a month after a year without a login. "If a Player’s Account remains inactive (i.e. when no login is performed via the Website) for a period of more than 12 months, We are entitled and We may begin to charge a monthly Account maintenance fee of €5, starting on the 13th month of inactivity." A reminder email is sent after 12 months and the player has 30 days to log in, and no fee is charged during a definite self-exclusion. At €5 a month, a €60 balance can be gone two years after the last login.
  • New terms need the player's acceptance. A pop-up asks a returning player to accept any updated version before playing, and "Should the already existing Player not wish to accept the material changes of the new version of T&Cs, he will be able to withdraw his balance according to the T&Cs they originally agreed to." A player who declines a new version keeps the right to leave under the old one.

Payouts have a 12-hour processing target and a €20 minimum, and only one withdrawal can be pending at a time. The deposit runs through the rest of the document: it starts the three-month clock, sets the play-through, and has to be made again before an older balance can leave.
