XsBets Bars 18 Countries and Forfeits Any Winnings If a VPN Is Used to Get In
Worse for players
Slightly NegativeSection 3 of the XsBets Terms of Use bars players from 14 restricted countries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands, and permanently bars four blacklisted ones: Belarus, Iran, North Korea and Russia. A player who uses a VPN, a proxy or any other method to get round the ban has the account suspended and any winnings forfeited, and the clause states that outcome as certain rather than as a right. Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency with no limit and no fee stated, and with no processing time beyond a reasonable timeframe. Disputes go to the courts of the jurisdiction where XsBets Ltd is registered, and the document never says which jurisdiction that is. A player can learn from these terms which countries are barred, but not which country's law governs the account.

What this means for players
The XsBets Terms of Use run to twelve short sections for a crypto-only casino operated by XsBets Ltd. They state no withdrawal limit, no fee and no bonus rule. What they do state leaves most outcomes to the operator, and two of the sanctions reach a player's money.
- 18 countries barred, and a VPN costs the winnings (section 3). Access is prohibited from Australia, Austria, China, Comoros, Cyprus, France, Germany, India, the Netherlands and its territories, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and its territories, and the United States and its territories. Belarus, Iran, North Korea and Russia are blacklisted and permanently prohibited from any part of the site. "Any attempt to bypass these restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other methods will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings." The clause says "will", so the forfeiture is written as the outcome, not as a right the casino may choose not to use.
- Forfeiture of funds for loopholes and bots (section 6). "Manipulation, exploitation of technical loopholes, or use of automated systems (“bots”) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds." Here the casino keeps a choice, but the sanction reaches funds rather than winnings, and the clause does not say whether a deposit is returned. Nothing in the section limits the forfeiture to winnings.
- Termination at the Company's discretion (section 10). "The Company reserves the right to terminate user accounts at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or violation of jurisdictional restrictions." The listed cases are examples, not limits. The section says nothing about what happens to the balance of an account it closes.
- Crypto only, with no stated processing time (sections 5 and 9). "All transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency." "Withdrawals are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe but may be delayed for security verification or compliance checks." Section 9 adds that users may be required to undergo identity verification as part of anti-money-laundering checks. With no number in either clause, a player has nothing in the terms to hold a slow payout against.
- A compromised account is the player's loss (section 4). The player is responsible for the account credentials and for the security of the digital wallet connected to the site. "We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts or unauthorized access." The sentence draws no line between a breach on the player's side and one on the site's.
- Changes at any time, and disputes in an unnamed jurisdiction (sections 1 and 11). "We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time." "It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes." "These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XsBets Ltd is registered." The document gives no country of registration, no company number and no licence. The terms name a court for disputes and leave the player to find out where it sits.
Section 8 offers deposit limits and self-exclusion on request. Nothing in the document caps a withdrawal or charges a fee. The two sanctions it does spell out reach a player's winnings and funds, and the one fact a player would need to contest either, the law that governs the account, is left out.
