Betzard Seizes the Whole Balance for a Postponed Bonus Round or a Bonus Activated Twice From One IP Address

Betzard's Bonus Terms & Conditions, last updated 26 August 2026, cover a four-deposit welcome pack, a Highroller bonus, two weekly deposit offers, two cashback schemes and a VIP loseback bonus, followed by general rules that apply to all of them. The promotions are priced like most 40x welcome offers. The general rules are where money beyond the bonus is put at risk.

• Welcome pack: up to €4,000 and 350 free spins at x40. The four deposits pay 100% up to €750 with 100 free spins, 50% up to €500 with 50, 75% up to €750 with 100, and 25% up to €2,000 with 100. Each deposit must be wagered once before its free spins arrive, the maximum bet while wagering is €5, and the first deposit's section reads: "The First deposit bonus comes including winnings from the Free Spins with the x40 wagering requirement." The other three deposits carry the same x40 line. The document never says whether x40 is counted on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus, which decides whether a full €750 first-deposit bonus needs €30,000 or €60,000 of bets.
• Free-spin winnings capped at 10 times the deposit. "Max win from the Free Spins part of bonus is limited to x10 deposit amount or equivalents in other currencies." A €50 first deposit caps what its 100 free spins can pay at €500, so the smaller the deposit, the lower the ceiling on the spins it buys.
• Three maximum bets, two of them defaults. Each deposit bonus states €5. The Bonus Wagering Terms then say "If not otherwise specified, any issued bonuses impose a limitation of the maximum bet during wagering to 6,5 EUR / 6,5 USD." and the general section says "If not otherwise specified, any issued bonuses impose a limitation of the maximum bet during wagering to 10 EUR / 10 USD." The system cancels any bet above the maximum allowed during wagering, and a player cannot tell from the document which of the two defaults it enforces.
• A postponed bonus round costs the whole balance. Saving free spins or a bonus feature played with bonus money for a time when wagering is finished, or making a new deposit while such a feature is still waiting in a game, is prohibited: "In such a case the perpetrator’s player account will be blocked and all funds on the balance will be seized." The sanction reaches the whole balance, deposited money included, for a timing decision inside a game.
• One bonus per device, IP address, address and phone number. "Please note that activation of any kind of bonuses (including VIP program bonuses) is allowed only once from one computer (or another device), one IP address, one actual address, one phone number, one account in any payment system (Neteller, Skrill, credit card, etc.) and one person." The next sentence reads: "Violation of any of these terms will result in account blocking and confiscation of all funds on the balance." Read as written, a second player on the same home network who activates a bonus is in breach, and the penalty is the balance, not the bonus.
• Ticking the no-bonus box does not stop one. "Please note that when you tick the box “I don't want to receive any Bonuses” while making the fourth and further deposits, the system will still add the deposit bonus to your account, if any is available to you according to your VIP level, that is why you need to cancel it in the Bonus section, or ask the live chat support team for assistance before making any bets." An accepted deposit bonus locks the deposit until the wagering is met or the bonus is cancelled. The opt-out is the player's to finish, and it has to be finished before the first bet.
• Highroller bonus: up to €1,000, a €1,000 cashout, five days. The code HIGHVIP and a deposit of at least €250 bring 150% up to €1,000 and 200 free spins. The bonus must be activated within three days and wagered within five, the maximum bet is €5, and "The maximum cashout from the bonus funds is 1,000 EUR / 1,000 USD." The free spins carry the same €1,000 cap and x40 on their winnings, while the section states no wagering multiple for the bonus funds at all. A player who takes the full €1,000 bonus can never cash out more from the bonus funds than the bonus itself.
• Two cashback schemes, and the VIP one is harder to clear. Weekly cashback of 3% to 20% by loyalty level carries x3 wagering and is not credited when the week's net deposits do not exceed €30. VIP cashback of up to 30% carries 10x wagering, and at most €3,000 can be transferred to the main account. The cashback open to everyone is the one with the lighter wagering.
• Taking bonuses can end bonuses. If bonuses exceed 50% of deposits after eight deposits, the player is excluded from the VIP programme and receives no bonuses until the ratio falls below 50%, and "Betzard casino reserves the right to exclude any player from the VIP program." The ratio is one way out of the VIP programme, and the document keeps a second that needs no ratio.

Some of the document works for the player: the system cancels a bet over the limit and refuses entry to a restricted game, and a deposit can be withdrawn before wagering by giving up the bonus and its winnings. Every promotion can be modified or ended without prior notice.
