Carat Casino Obliges Players to Log In Monthly to Track Its Terms and May Lower Payout Limits at Any Time
Worse for players
NegativeCarat Casino's general terms oblige the player to log in at least once a month to keep up with changes to the terms and conditions, and Carat Casino reserves the right to edit and update them with no notice period stated. Payout limits are not written in the document. They are shown in the player's account, set by Carat Casino's own standards, and Carat Casino has the right at any time to raise or lower them and to set additional limits on specific players without explanation. A claim about the account statement or balance must be raised within 14 days of the event, or the player is treated as agreeing with it. The rules can change with no notice promised and the limits carry no figure, and the work of noticing either falls on the player.

What this means for players
The Carat Casino general terms captured on 29 August 2026 are written for a combined sportsbook and casino, with Carat Casino called "the organizer" throughout. They name no company, no licence and no regulator. Most provisions that matter to a player are rights the organizer keeps for itself, and the figures a player would look for, such as payout limits, are not in the document.
- A monthly login to keep up with the terms. Under the user responsibilities heading, the player accepts that the terms and conditions can change and is obliged to log in to the website at least once a month to keep up with the latest updates. The change clause itself is one sentence: "We reserve the right to edit and update the General Terms and conditions." A change reaches the player only if the player goes looking for it.
- Payout limits sit in the account, not the terms. The limits can be checked in the account and follow Carat Casino's own standards, and "The organizer has the right at any time to correct limits, raising or lowering them." A further sentence adds: "The organizer reserves the right without giving any explanations to set additional limits on specific events or players." A player cannot read the ceiling before registering, and the one shown afterwards can move.
- Transfer amounts set player by player. Money transfers run within daily and monthly amounts the organizer sets for each user separately, and "The organizer has the right at any time to change the amount of money allowed for the transfer or completely prohibit the transfer of money." The two closing sentences say that money received by transfer cannot be paid out or passed to a third party, and then that it can be once the amount received has been bet on Sports Betting or Live Betting. Money received by transfer has to be staked once, in full, on sport before it can leave the account.
- 14 days to dispute the balance. Any claim about the account statement or the balance must be raised within 14 days of the event it concerns, and "Failure to appeal within 14 days will be considered that the user agrees to the condition and trends on the account." An error spotted on day 15 counts as one the player has accepted.
- Exclusion and closure without a reason. "The Organizer reserve right to exclude user from participating in betting and playing without giving any reason." New account applications can likewise be refused, and accounts closed, without a reason. The document does not say what happens to the balance of an account closed this way.
- Winnings that can be withheld or cancelled. False registration details give Carat Casino the right to terminate the account and withhold payment of any profit. Winnings that arise from technical errors or transmission problems can be cancelled, with the deposit credited back. A deposit that is not played, where there is suspicion of abuse, is deemed to abuse exchange-rate fluctuation, and the organizer then has the right to cancel the bets, ask for reimbursement of its expenses and close the account. The trigger is an unplayed deposit plus a suspicion, and the document does not define the suspicion.
- Bonuses last two months, one at a time. A bonus must be used within two months of being credited and wagered as its own offer prescribes, or it is cancelled. Bets on both outcomes, such as red and black or odd and even, do not count towards the requirement, a withdrawal requested before the requirement is met costs the bonus, and only one bonus can be used at a time unless an offer says otherwise. The general terms give no wagering multiple, so the figure that decides the cost sits in each offer's own terms.
- Inactivity and self-exclusion. An account with no bets and no games for 12 months is deactivated, and no dormancy fee appears anywhere in the document. Self-exclusion can be set for a day, a week, a month, three months or indefinitely. Inactivity costs the player access, not money, as far as this document goes.
- ID before the first payout. A copy of an official photo document is required before the first payout, payouts go only to the account holder, and further documents such as a bank statement may be requested. The document gives no time limit for sending them and none for checking them.
- Fourteen restricted territories. Residents of Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, Iran, Iraq, the Netherlands, Saba, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, the U.S.A and its dependencies, and the United Kingdom may not register, and Carat Casino reserves the right to refuse customers from any other country at its own discretion. The list is fixed, and the right to add to it is open.
The player holds every clock in this document, a monthly login to catch changes and 14 days to catch errors, while the payout limits and the reasons for closing an account stay with Carat Casino.
