Slightly PositiveCarat Casino's Welcome Bonus Vault lets a new player choose one of three options on each of the first three qualifying deposits: Easy at 5x wagering (50% up to $100), Balanced at 20x (100% up to $500 on the first deposit) or Boost at 40x (150% up to $750 on the first deposit). Taking Boost three times gives up to $2,250 and 150 Free Spins. The page never says whether the multiple is counted on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus, and on the largest first-deposit Boost that is the difference between $30,000 and $50,000 of bets. Maximum bet, game contribution and expiry are not on the page either. The player chooses before depositing, and the one fact that would make the three options comparable is the one left out.

What this means for players
The Welcome Bonus Vault covers a new player's first three qualifying deposits, and on each one the player picks Easy, Balanced or Boost "before completing the deposit". The options trade match size against wagering, all priced in USD.
- First deposit: Easy is 50% up to $100 (minimum deposit $15, 5x, 10 Free Spins), Balanced 100% up to $500 (minimum $20, 20x, 25 Free Spins) and Boost 150% up to $750 (minimum $30, 40x, 50 Free Spins). The full $750 Boost needs a $500 deposit, the same deposit that fills the $500 Balanced bonus, so a player putting in $500 is choosing between $250 more bonus and twice the wagering multiple.
- Second and third deposits: Easy stays at 50% up to $100, Balanced drops to 75% up to $600 and Boost to 100% up to $750, with the same multiples and Free Spins. Boost on all three deposits adds up to 350% and a cumulative maximum of $2,250 plus 150 Free Spins, which takes $2,000 of deposits to reach in full.
- What the multiple is counted on: the table gives 5x, 20x and 40x with no base, and Carat Casino's general terms only refer back to what each bonus announces. At 40x the full Boost package is $90,000 of bets if the multiple applies to the bonus, or $170,000 if it applies to deposit plus bonus, and a player cannot tell from the page which one they are signing up for.
- Easy at 5x: the full $100 Easy bonus on a $200 deposit is $500 of bets on the bonus alone, or $1,500 on deposit plus bonus. Even read the stricter way, that is a fraction of a single first-deposit Boost read the lenient way.
- What the page leaves to activation: Carat Casino states that "Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, game contribution, maximum bet limits, bonus expiry periods and other restrictions may apply to individual promotions", and that the applicable conditions "are displayed before activation". No maximum bet, contribution table or expiry period is given here, and the general terms give two months to use a bonus. The rules that decide whether a bonus can be cleared are shown at the moment of claiming, not on the page a player reads before deciding to deposit.
- Free Spins: each option carries 10, 25 or 50 Free Spins, and the page says "Free Spin winnings may be subject to wagering requirements and other promotional conditions" without naming a multiple or a cap. The spins are counted in the headline package, but what they can pay out is not.
- Tiers and Refer a Friend: the Tiers Program runs from Crystal to Carat Diamond and its benefits "may include cashback, rakeback, reward points, shop benefits and other loyalty rewards", while referral rewards depend on "the current Refer a Friend program terms". Neither programme carries a single figure on this page, so neither can be compared with another casino's from here.
The structure is generous with choice: a player who wants a small bonus with light wagering can have one on every deposit. What the page does not give is the information needed to choose well, because the same 40x can mean two very different amounts of play, and the rules that decide whether a bonus can be cleared appear only at activation.

Carat Casino's KYC policy, issued under the name Leopard B.V., makes due diligence mandatory once deposits reach XCG 4,000 in a 365-day period, and puts a player into enhanced due diligence when they try to deposit more than 45% of their gross income or reach 15,000 euro of deposits in a year.
