Riobet's welcome pack spreads 325% and 400 free spins over the first four deposits, each bonus carrying 35x wagering on the bonus amount, a maximum bet of $7 or 6 € and 7 days to finish. The explanation of how the deposit bonus works says "Your deposit balance remains fully functional: you can deposit, play, and withdraw funds as usual." Further down the same section, the question "Can I withdraw funds while a bonus is active?" is answered "No. Withdrawals are unavailable while a bonus is active." Wins from a deposit bonus are capped at 10x the bonus and free-spin wins at $111 or 96 €. The terms answer the same question both ways, and the only route they describe to a withdrawal mid-bonus is cancelling it, which removes the bonus and everything won with it.
Riobet's Privacy Policy states that "All information about your winnings, withdrawals, and bonuses is also strictly confidential and stored on protected servers." It also states: "Please note that by accepting any contest prizes or winnings from us, you consent to the use of your name and any of your personal information for advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise required by law." The policy identifies no data controller, names no data-protection law and sets no retention period: "After closing your account, our company will retain your personal information for as long as permitted by law." The promise of confidentiality and the consent to advertise attach to the same event, a win.
Riobet's Welcome Pack — 325% plus 400 free spins across the first four deposits — now carries a maximum bet of €6 / $7 on each of the four deposit bonuses, where the previous version stated no bet limit at all. The figure is the same as the minimum deposit that unlocks each bonus: the largest bet allowed while clearing it is the smallest deposit that opens it. A second new line puts a 1x wagering requirement on funds from exchanging comp points, or on comp-point tournament winnings, when the points came from a promotion or bonus rather than real-money bets. The max-bet lines state the cap and no penalty of their own.
One sentence changed. Where the terms said only that passport verification must be completed, they now say the birthday bonus is activated in the Bonuses section once verification is done under My Account → Verification. The conditions are untouched: a loyalty status of Classic or higher, deposits of at least $10 in the 180 days before the birthday, and activation within 14 days of the bonus being credited. Nothing a player is owed has changed; the document now says where to collect it.
Riobet has rebuilt its Welcome Pack from a three-tier offer with 70 free spins into a four-deposit chain worth 325% in bonuses and 400 free spins. Wagering stays at 35x on deposit bonuses and 30x on spin winnings. Two of the changes moved the other way: the minimum deposit rose from $5/€5 to $7/€6 (the ruble figure is unchanged), and the maximum on the 75% bonus fell from $750/€750 to $693/€597. The free spin win cap is not new: it was $100/€100 and is now $111/€96, lower in euros and higher in dollars.
A line added to the Birthday Bonus section of Riobet's terms reads "The bonus must be activated within 14 days from the moment it is credited". The bonus is $10 for Classic, $50 for Gold and $250 for VIP players, carries 5x wagering and appears in the Bonuses section on the birthday registered in the profile. The line counts from the moment of crediting, yet the same section credits the bonus only once it is activated, so it does not say when the 14 days start.
Among the conditions for a withdrawal, the terms say the Company can withhold 10% of the withdrawn amount (no less than 0.5 USD) if the money turned over is less than three times the total deposits, and that it withholds 20% of the amount requested if the deposit was made through a credit card. Guest status, which an account holds from registration, pays out at most $1,000 a day and $5,000 a month, withdrawals are not available while a deposit bonus is active, and a welcome deposit bonus pays out at most 10 times the bonus. A $50,000 win would take ten months to collect at the Guest limit, and a player who withdraws a deposit before betting it three times can lose a tenth of what they take out.
