Riobet Can Withhold 10% of a Withdrawal Unless Deposits Were Bet Three Times, and Withholds 20% After a Credit Card Deposit

Riobet's Terms and Conditions are issued by Riotech N.V. of Curaçao, which states that it operates under a certificate of operation from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. One page carries the terms, the privacy policy, the AML policy, the payment tables, the bonus rules and the game rules, and the header reads "TERMS AND CONDITIONS (updated: 10.10.2025)". The clauses that decide what a player takes away sit in the withdrawal conditions, the limits table and the bonus section.

• A tenth of the withdrawal unless deposits were bet three times. Among the points a player is told to take into consideration when requesting a withdrawal, the terms state that "the Company can withhold 10% (no less than 0.5 USD) of the withdrawn amount if the money turned over to the Personal Account (the total amount of bets) is less than three times the total amount of deposits." The next sentence reads "The Company withholds 20% of the amount requested for withdrawal if the deposit was made through a credit card". A $500 deposit has to be turned over to $1,500 in bets to avoid the first charge, which on a $500 withdrawal would be $50.
• Guest status pays out $5,000 a month. Withdrawal limits follow the loyalty status: $1,000 a day and $5,000 a month for Guest, $2,500 and $25,000 for Classic, $5,000 and $50,000 for Gold, $10,000 and $100,000 for VIP. Classic needs 100 CP, Gold 1,000 CP and VIP 10,000 CP, and the terms say "At 100%, you receive 1 CP for every $30 wagered (or equivalent in account currency)." That is about $3,000 of bets at full game weighting to leave Guest and $300,000 to reach VIP. VIP status is not permanent either: "The casino reserves the right to review, modify, or revoke VIP status in cases of insufficient gaming activity or other reasons specified in internal rules." A $50,000 win takes ten months at the Guest limit, and a payout above $100,000 a month may be split into monthly payments of $100,000 with no interest, jackpot wins excepted.
• The 24 hours is Riobet's side only. "Payout processing on Riobet’s side is completed within up to 24 hours from the moment the request is submitted. In most cases, the payment system processes the payout within 72 hours." A payout by telephone operator "can be made not earlier than 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your last deposit on the account due to fraud activity control", and "The Company is not responsible for payment processing delays associated with third party service providers." The fast figure is the one the casino controls.
• No withdrawals while a deposit bonus is active. The welcome pack is +100%, +75% and +50% on three deposits at 35x wagering, with 7 days to wager each bonus and a maximum payout of 10 times the bonus. "Withdrawals are not available while a bonus is active. You must first either complete the wagering requirements or cancel the bonus." Cancelling removes the bonus and the winnings from it, and "Any new deposit made while a deposit bonus is active will appear as a non-activated bonus (0x wagering) in the “Bonuses” section." Wagering is the bonus amount multiplied by the multiple, so a $100 bonus needs $3,500 in bets in 7 days to release at most $1,000, and a top-up made meanwhile stays out of reach until then.
• The low multiples belong to the higher statuses. Cashback at 1x wagering is for Gold (5%) and VIP (8%) only, the weekly deposit bonus for Gold and VIP carries 45x wagering and a payout cap of 10 times the bonus for Gold and 5 times for VIP, and the birthday bonus at 5x needs Classic status, $10 of deposits in the previous 180 days and a verified passport. The welcome free spins carry 30x and a $100 limit on winnings. The 1x and 5x figures are not the ones a new account is offered first, which are 35x and 30x.
• Documents at EUR 2,000, or the account is closed. "When such a threshold is reached, we are obliged to suspend the depositing and withdrawal functionality of the account, and the Player will be provided with a 30-day period to provide us with the necessary information and documents." The AML policy ends the period with "In case the Player does not provide the requested documents and information within 30 calendar days after the 2000 EUR threshold is reached, their account will be closed." Elsewhere the terms say "If the Personal Account is closed, deleted or cancelled, no refund can be made and funds including bonuses, comp points and other rewards cannot be converted to cash." Another clause promises a refund of the balance on a closure with notice, except for closures under the fraud and breach sections. The text does not say which of the two covers an account closed for missing the 30 days.
• A strategy clause with no definition. Under Verification of Bonus Winnings, verification fails if a player "Uses a gaming strategy that provides a mathematical advantage over the Casino (House Edge)", and "If verification fails, bonus amounts and winnings obtained improperly may be canceled." The company also "reserves the right to extend the payout period after winning with bonus funds for verification." The terms do not define a mathematical advantage, and the payout can be held while the question is open.
• Changes take effect without warning. "The Company has the right, without advance warning and at its own convenience to make changes in the operating system of the Website, as well as in the terms of service, or in the software." Continued use counts as acceptance whether or not the player received or read the notice. The terms add "A player is entirely responsible for comprehending all the current Terms of Use." The rules a player accepted can differ the next day with no advance warning, only a posting on the Website.

The main limits have their figures in the document. What the figures add up to for a new account is a tenth of any early withdrawal open to being withheld, no more than $5,000 a month paid out, and no withdrawal at all while a deposit bonus is running.
