Slotoro Casino terms changes
Clause 14 of Slotoro Casino's bonus terms caps a bet made with casino bonus money at 5 EUR per spin, the buy feature and the risk game included, until wagering is complete, and a breach "at any stage of the gameplay or betting, regardless of the outcome" can cancel all of the player's balances, real and bonus, at the administration's discretion. Bonuses and free spins must be wagered within 5 days, and clause 23 sets every other bonus, cashier bonuses included, at x40 wagering with a maximum transferable amount of €50. Clauses 12, 14 and 20 reach the real-money balance for a breach of a bonus rule, and clause 22 confiscates "the player's balance" without saying which of the two. The deposit a player brings is staked on following the bonus rules, not only the bonus.
Clause 8.15 of Slotoro Casino's general terms used to approve withdrawals of 5,000 to 29,999 EUR within 5 minutes to 96 hours, and never later than 14 working days. The version captured on 23 September 2026 drops the 96-hour window and sets the ceiling at 30 working days, weekends and public holidays excluded. Clause 8.16, which had promised the same 30 working days for anything above 30,000 EUR, now says requests of 30,000 EUR or more "will be processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration". A withdrawal of 5,000 EUR now has the ceiling that used to apply above 30,000 EUR, and from 30,000 EUR the terms set no deadline at all.
Clause 8.17 of Slotoro Casino's general terms lets the casino limit a player to 5,000 EUR per 30 days once the withdrawal request, the current balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach 20 times the player's total deposits. Every withdrawal also has an approval ceiling set by its size, from 2 working days for up to 499 EUR to 30 working days for more than 30,000 EUR, weekends and holidays excluded, and clause 8.11.6 reserves the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal when turnover is, in the clause's words, "2 (two) times less than the deposit". Clause 11.4 reaches furthest: an account closed on a suspicion of conduct "otherwise in violation of the Terms" leaves the company under no obligation to refund the funds in it. The further a player's wins outrun their deposits, the more of the payout schedule is the casino's to set.
