Slotoro Casino Gives Itself 30 Working Days on €5,000 Withdrawals and No Deadline at All From €30,000
Worse for players
NegativeClause 8.15 of Slotoro Casino's general terms used to approve withdrawals of 5,000 to 29,999 EUR within 5 minutes to 96 hours, and never later than 14 working days. The version captured on 23 September 2026 drops the 96-hour window and sets the ceiling at 30 working days, weekends and public holidays excluded. Clause 8.16, which had promised the same 30 working days for anything above 30,000 EUR, now says requests of 30,000 EUR or more "will be processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration". A withdrawal of 5,000 EUR now has the ceiling that used to apply above 30,000 EUR, and from 30,000 EUR the terms set no deadline at all.

What this means for players
Slotoro Casino's general terms captured on 17 September 2026 and on 23 September 2026 differ in two clauses of section 8, both on how long the casino takes to approve a withdrawal for a player who has passed KYC. The other differences are invisible characters around clause 30.2.
- 5,000 to 29,999 EUR: from 14 working days to 30. The old clause 8.15 set a window of 5 minutes to 96 hours, "but not exceeding 14 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays". The new one reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests from EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be approved by the Casino within 30 working days from the date of the request, excluding weekends and public holidays." Thirty working days is six calendar weeks, and the 96-hour figure that described the ordinary case is gone.
- 30,000 EUR or more: no deadline. The old clause 8.16 approved any amount higher than 30,000 EUR within 5 minutes to 96 hours, and no later than 30 working days. The new one reads: "For players who have successfully completed the KYC check, withdrawal requests of EUR 30,000 or more (or the equivalent in another currency) will be processed under individual terms agreed with the site administration." The clause does not say what those terms are, who proposes them, or what happens to the money while they are agreed, so the largest withdrawals now have no time limit anywhere in the document.
- The gap at exactly 30,000 EUR is closed. The old 8.15 stopped at 29,999 EUR and the old 8.16 began at amounts higher than 30,000 EUR, which left 30,000 EUR itself in neither band. The new 8.16 starts at 30,000 EUR or more. The one tidy-up in the change moves that amount into the band with no deadline.
- The smaller bands and the 20x limit did not change. Up to 499 EUR is still approved within 2 working days and 500 to 4,999 EUR within 5 (clauses 8.13 and 8.14), and clause 8.17 still lets the casino limit a player to 5,000 EUR per 30 days once the request, the balance and lifetime withdrawals reach 20 times total deposits. A player held to that limit can take out 5,000 EUR per 30 days, and every 5,000 EUR request now sits in the 30-working-day band.
Nothing was taken from the balance. What changed is how long the casino may hold it: more than twice as long from 5,000 EUR, and from 30,000 EUR for as long as the "individual terms" say, with no maximum written in the terms.
