SlotsGem terms changes
Point 3c of SlotsGem's Bonus Terms & Conditions defines bonus abuse by arithmetic: "At Slotsgem casino it's forbidden to abuse the bonus offers available (the customer bonus ratio (bonuses : wager) is more than 40%)." The casino then reserves the right to seize the winnings gained and to switch off bonuses for the account. Deposit bonuses are wagered x40 at a €5 maximum bet, winnings from a no-deposit bonus are capped at €50 even after the wagering is done, and winnings from cashback, comp points, tournament, VIP, weekly and deposit bonuses other than the welcome bonus are capped at €10,000. Read as written, a player who loses a €100 bonus in less than €250 of bets has already crossed the 40% line.
Point 13 of the KYC section of SlotsGem's General Terms & Conditions states: "If the player fails to complete the required verification procedure within a period of two weeks, the account will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated." The anti-fraud section lets the casino require a phone call with a manager before winnings are processed, under the same two-week limit. Withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, and every deposit must be wagered three times on casino games before a withdrawal is requested. The document says what ends the two weeks but never what starts them.
