Spassino Casino Terms and Conditions Changes

Clause 14 of Spassino’s general terms opens with “The current maximum withdrawal limit is: [*].” The figure is not filled in, and the same placeholder stands in clause 26 where the email address for complaints should be, although every complaint must be made in writing. An account becomes inactive after 12 months without a login and dormant once it has stayed inactive for 24 consecutive months, and a player who then misses the timeframes in the casino’s follow-up email loses the whole balance. A suspected breach of any term, not only fraud, lets the casino withhold winnings and deposits temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The two details a dispute would start from, the withdrawal ceiling and the address to complain to, are the two the document leaves blank.
