Spassino Gives Its Maximum Withdrawal Limit as [*], a Placeholder Left Unfilled
Worse for players
NegativeClause 14 of Spassino’s general terms opens with “The current maximum withdrawal limit is: [*].” The figure is not filled in, and the same placeholder stands in clause 26 where the email address for complaints should be, although every complaint must be made in writing. An account becomes inactive after 12 months without a login and dormant once it has stayed inactive for 24 consecutive months, and a player who then misses the timeframes in the casino’s follow-up email loses the whole balance. A suspected breach of any term, not only fraud, lets the casino withhold winnings and deposits temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The two details a dispute would start from, the withdrawal ceiling and the address to complain to, are the two the document leaves blank.

What this means for players
Spassino’s General Terms and Conditions run to 32 clauses and close by naming Total Unlimited Marketing Limited as the licence holder, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509001-FI1, with Spass Holdings Ltd operating spassino.com as the payment provider. Where permissible, disputes go to the courts of Anjouan under Anjouan law. The clauses that decide what a player can take out are the ones left unfinished or left to the casino’s discretion.
- The maximum withdrawal limit is a placeholder. Clause 14 begins “The current maximum withdrawal limit is: [*].” and moves straight on to the conditions for withdrawing, adding only that payment providers may set their own per-transaction, daily and period limits. A player cannot tell from the document whether a cap exists, let alone what it is.
- The complaints address is blank too. Clause 26 reads “You may contact us via email by sending an email to [*].” and then requires that “All inquiries and complaints must be made in writing and addressed to the Customer Support Team.” Clause 16 still carries a drafting note in place of its link: “To learn more about the measures we have in place to promote responsible gaming, and to access our detailed Responsible Gaming Policy, please click here [Insert hyperlink to Responsible Gaming Policy].” A complaint has to be written, and the document does not say where to send it.
- A dormant balance is lost on a deadline the terms do not state. An account is inactive after 12 months without a login and dormant after 24 consecutive inactive months, at which point the casino emails instructions for recovering the funds. Clause 8 then says “If you fail to take any and all necessary steps within the timeframes provided, you shall lose any and all remining funds.” The deadline that ends the balance is set in an email, not in the terms the player accepted.
- Deposits can be kept permanently on a suspected breach. Where the casino has reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity, fraud or any action in breach of its terms, clause 14 says “This includes, but is not limited to, withholding or retaining any funds in your account, including winnings, deposits, or withdrawals, either temporarily or permanently, pending further investigation.” The trigger is any breach of the terms, and the money it reaches includes the player’s own deposit.
- Bets open at closure are not honoured. On closure, remaining funds are processed under the withdrawal procedures, subject to verification and any applicable fees or restrictions, and clause 10 ends “Any outstanding bets at the time of the closure of the account will not be honoured.” The clause does not say whether the stake on an unsettled bet comes back.
- Bonus requirements can change after a bonus is taken. Clause 17 leaves wagering and game rules to each promotion and then states “We reserve the right to amend the specific requirements for any bonus at our own discretion and without prior notice.” Nothing in the sentence excludes a bonus a player has already claimed.
- Registration carries a medical warranty. Under clause 6(c) every player confirms that they have not been diagnosed with, are not undergoing treatment for and are not recovering from any mental health condition, disability or addiction, including alcohol or substance abuse. The warranty reaches any disability, not only a gambling problem.
- Payouts within five working days. Withdrawals are processed as soon as possible and within five working days of the request at most, unless further verification is needed or the account is under review. The minimum deposit is €15, and the company charges no processing fee of its own. Five working days can run to seven calendar days when a weekend falls inside them.
The licence number, the regulator and the governing courts are all in the document. The withdrawal ceiling and the address a complaint must be sent to, the two details a player in a dispute needs first, are not.
