The casino has the right to limit the maximum withdrawal per account, with no number or condition, on top of a €10,000 monthly cap at the entry level.
Note: The €2,000 per 24 hours and €2,300 cumulative payout thresholds apply only until identity, age and residence are verified.

Fees
Seriously unfair
The Company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of a withdrawal when bets from the real balance are less than three times the deposit, so the fee can fall on money that has already been played.
Note: The casino also reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals with no amount stated (9.6), has the right to charge 5 EUR a month on an account inactive for more than 12 months (5.4), and deducts 50 EUR from a chargeback refund for each notification email sent (6.2).

if the amount of bets from the player’s real balance at the time of the withdrawal request is less than three times the deposit, the Company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount.
