VegaZone's general terms give a player 30 calendar days from a withdrawal request to provide every document asked for, and state that a player who fails to verify in that time has the winnings confiscated and the account permanently closed. A withdrawal requested before real-money bets reach three times the deposit gives the company the right to keep a commission of up to 10% of it, and players at loyalty levels 1 to 10 can withdraw at most €500 a day and €10,000 a month. The request that asks for the money is also the one that starts the clock on losing the winnings.

What this means for players

VegaZone's general terms state that the website is run by a company registered in Cyprus, that gambling services are provided by a parent company registered in Curaçao, and that the site operates under an eGaming licence issued by the Government of Curaçao. The terms are governed by Curaçao law. The provisions with the most weight sit around withdrawals: a document deadline, a turnover rule with a fee attached, daily caps tied to loyalty level, and clauses that reach the deposit as well as the winnings.

  • 30 days to send the documents. Verification is completed after a withdrawal request or on demand from the Risk Department, and all documents must be provided within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request. The terms read: "If you fail to verify your account in established time, winnings will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed due to failed verification procedure." Checking then takes up to 3 business days, and the KYC department works Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). The penalty is written as a certainty, not as a right the casino may choose to use.
  • A video call at an agreed time. The Risk Department has the right to request verification by video call, and if the player does not pass it at the agreed time, the Site Administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings and close the account without the right to recovery. The terms do not say how the time is agreed or whether a missed call can be rebooked.
  • Three times the deposit, or a cut of the withdrawal. If bets from the real balance are less than three times the deposit when a withdrawal is requested, the company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount from the real balance, and the financial department may instead refuse the withdrawal and ask the player to finish the wagering. The anti-money-laundering section of the same document is stricter: "a Player always needs to have placed at least 3 (three) deposit amounts in bets before the Player is able to withdraw any founds." One clause prices an early withdrawal at up to 10% and another rules it out, and a player cannot tell from the document which applies.
  • Withdrawal caps by loyalty level. Levels 1 to 10 can withdraw at most €500 per transaction and per day and €10,000 per month, rising to €3,000 a day and €25,000 a month at levels 90 to 100, with no more than 3 withdrawal requests open at once. At the entry level, collecting a €10,000 win takes 20 days of maximum withdrawals.
  • Suspicion can reach the deposit. Clause 14.7 reserves the right, at the casino's own discretion, to void any winnings and to forfeit any balance, "winnings and deposits", where there are strong reasons to believe a VPN or other IP masking was used, or where the player is suspected of bonus abuse or of an attempt at it. Clause 13.3 adds a right to withhold the whole balance if the player was suspected of a prohibited practice at another gambling site. In each case the trigger is the casino's belief, and the money at stake includes what the player paid in.
  • Fees on chargebacks and idle accounts. When a chargeback request arrives the casino emails the account owner, and if identity and payment method are not confirmed it sends two more, with "A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for each email sent." After 12 months without a transaction an account is inactive, the company has the right to charge 5 EUR a month, and any cashback balance on it is cancelled immediately. Three unanswered emails take €150 off a refund before it is paid.

The terms do promise a payout on closure: when the casino ends an account on its own initiative, it will refund the outstanding balance as soon as reasonably practicable after a request. The exceptions are broad and most of them run on suspicion rather than proof, so the decision on whether that balance is paid rests with the side that pays it.
