Cosmobet's general terms cap withdrawals at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, limits the company may update or adjust at its sole discretion, and set a Maximum Win Limit of €100,000 per bet or spin, jackpots excluded. Deposit-bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the qualifying deposit, four clauses allow a 20% deduction from deposits returned when an account is terminated, and another allows up to 50% of the remaining deposit to be kept as a termination fee. Any win above €15,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000. A €100,000 win, the most a single bet or spin can pay outside a jackpot, could arrive in seven monthly instalments.

What this means for players

The general terms, last updated on 5 May 2026, name the operator as Santeda International B.V., incorporated in Curaçao under company number 151296 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. The clauses that decide how much of a balance reaches the player sit mostly in sections 7, 10 and 12.

  • €15,000 a month, adjustable by the casino. Section 12 states "The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a Player is 7,500 € or its equivalent per week and 15,000 € or its equivalent per month, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion." VIP players may have different limits, and "These limits may be updated or adjusted by the Company at its sole discretion." The ceiling a player reads today is the casino's to move.
  • Large wins in instalments. "If You win more than €15,000 or equivalent, the Company reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of maximum €15,000 or equivalent until the full amount is paid out." Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. A €100,000 win paid this way would arrive as six instalments of €15,000 and a seventh of €10,000.
  • A €100,000 Maximum Win Limit. The most the casino is obliged to pay on any single bet or spin, including a bonus round or free spin, is 100,000 EUR, jackpot winnings excluded. The terms accept that a larger win may be credited to the account and give the casino the right to cut the amount above the limit and pay only the limit. A win can appear in the balance in full and still be reduced afterwards.
  • Bonus winnings capped at 10x the deposit. Clause 7.2 states "Winnings generated from deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of ten (10) times the amount of the qualifying deposit." The excess is forfeited. Cashback and free-money withdrawals are capped at 5 times the amount received, and no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets at 100 EUR/USD. A €50 deposit can return at most €500 from the bonus it unlocks, however much the bonus wins.
  • Four 20% deductions and a 50% fee. Where an account is terminated on suspicion of fraud, including suspicions raised during verification, the casino may refund the last deposits minus 20% as a transaction fee. Deposits returned after a termination may carry a 20% administrative fee, and where one payment account is used by two or more players, 20% is deducted as a settlement fee and the deposits are seized if no valid account is given within 7 days. Section 10 closes with "In case of any of the above mentioned events, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Player’s Account, cancel the bonuses and the winnings and pay back the remaining deposit to the Player. In this case the Company reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as an Account termination fee." Every one of these clauses reduces the player's own deposit, not only winnings.
  • Balances kept for Russia and Belarus. Section 12 states that the accounts of users from the Russian Federation and Belarus will be closed immediately upon detection and the current balance will be kept by the Company. Section 3, which lists the countries whose residents may not register, names neither. The sanction is the whole balance, deposits included.
  • A 3x fee test on top of a 1x rule. Section 11 states "The deposited money is subject to a minimum 1x wagering prior to being withdrawn." Section 10 states "Please note that if You requested a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since last deposit is less than three (3) times the size of that deposit, We reserve the right to charge You the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals." No amount is given for those costs. A player who wagers a deposit once, as the 1x rule asks, can still be charged for withdrawing it.
  • Dormancy after 365 days, capped at €20. An account with no login or logout for 365 consecutive days may be charged 5% of the balance recorded on the day it became inactive, every month, up to €20 a month, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in again. A €400 balance left idle would be gone 20 months after the fee starts.
  • Two months to complain. "Please note that in order Your complaint to be considered, You must submit it within 2 (two) months of the issue occurring/arising." The terms make the server logs and the casino's records the final authority in any dispute. The record a complaint is settled on is the casino's own.
  • Changes on a best-efforts basis. "We will do Our best to notify Our Players of any significant changes by email." Continued activity after a change notice is posted counts as binding acceptance. A promise to try is not a promise to notify.

The terms put a number on most of what they take: a weekly and a monthly ceiling, a €100,000 maximum win, a €20 dormancy cap and a EUR 16 limit on intermediary bank charges. The same section that names the monthly ceiling lets the casino change it, and the deposit is the money most of the deductions reach.
