Emperia Casino's Privacy Policy No Longer Names Its Operator or Gives an Email Address for Data Requests

Emperia Casino's privacy policy lost one paragraph between the capture of 12 June 2026 and that of 6 October 2026, the one at the end of section 1 that identified the company behind the site. No other wording changed.

• The operator is no longer named. The deleted paragraph said EmperiaCasino.com was operated by Fortuna Games N.V., registered in Willemstad, Curaçao under number 162413 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/112/0974. Section 1 now reads "Please note that this Privacy Policy will be agreed between you and EmperiaCasino.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”." The agreement about a player's personal data names a website as the other party, not a company.
• The EEA representative is gone too. The same paragraph named Deltaprime Limited, of Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 444864, as billing agent and as the EEA representative of Fortuna Games N.V. A player in the European Economic Area no longer has a representative named in the document that governs their data.
• No email address is left. The paragraph ended "Customer support team is available at support@emperiacasino.com." That was the only email address in the policy. Section 6 still says a player can opt out of marketing at any time by sending an email or writing to Customer Service, and can contact the casino to confirm, update or complain about the personal information it holds. The policy describes the request and no longer says where to send it.
• The GDPR complaint right stays. Section 15 keeps the sentence "In addition, as per Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint related to your data processing to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of an alleged infringement." The right to complain to a regulator survives, and the policy no longer names the company such a complaint would be about.

Nothing about what data is collected, how it is used or who it is shared with changed. The policy still explains what happens to a player's information, and no longer says who is doing it or how to reach them.
