Glorbet Bonus Terms Say Slots Count 100% Towards the Rollover, Then Exclude Them in the Next Clause

Glorbet's bonus terms and conditions, last updated on 15 January 2026, cover deposit bonuses, free spins, no-deposit bonuses and cashback in one document. The clauses that decide whether a player reaches them are where the document disagrees with itself.

• A 30x rollover with no base stated for a deposit bonus. Clause 10 reads that "the rollover requirement for the bonus will be 30x" unless a bonus says otherwise. Free-spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses carry the same 30x. Clause 8 keeps the bonus balance closed until every real money balance is below 1 USD equivalent, and clause 15 says bonus money is used once personal funds are gone. For a deposit bonus the 30x is given with no base, so whether it is wagered on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus cannot be read from the page.
• Slots count for 100% in one clause and are excluded in the next. Clause 12 lists a contribution of 100% for slots and says contributions differ for other games. Clause 13 reads in full: "Slot games excluded from the rollover requirement of a bonus." Clause 14 adds that other games may be excluded from time to time, clause 22 says free spins and bonus rounds do not count, and the numbering skips from clause 10 to clause 12. A player cannot tell whether the spins made on a bonus count at all.
• A 10 USD maximum bet, with the penalty worded three ways. Clause 16 sets the most a player can bet with a pending or active bonus at 10 USD or its equivalent, and says a failure to adhere "means that a bonus could be forfeited". The free-spin clause 8 says a player exceeding the amount "risks having their winnings forfeited", and the no-deposit clause 7 says a failure "may result in forfeiting any winnings". The document does not say whether a breach costs the bonus, the winnings or both.
• Winnings from a free offer are held until the player deposits. Clause 33 reads: "To withdraw any winnings received from a random drop, you must first deposit an amount equal to the value of the drop (1:1 ratio)." A $10 random drop needs a $10 deposit. Under the no-deposit clauses, winnings are capped at 5 mBTC "unless otherwise stated" and anything above is forfeited. Once wagering is complete the funds are pending until the player has deposited at least 1x the amount won, 7 days from completing wagering, and the required amount "may vary according to the bonus type". A free offer pays out only after the player has put in money of their own, and the document does not say what becomes of the pending funds if the seven days pass.
• Seven days or ten days. The second clause numbered 19 sets an expiry of 7 days for all bonuses and promotions unless their own terms differ, and an expired bonus forfeits the bonus money and everything won with it. The closing section says "All bonuses claimed as part of this promotion are valid for a period of 10 days." Free spins must be activated within seven days of being credited and, once activated, used within one day (24 hours) on a game chosen once and not changeable, and free spins from a no-deposit bonus expire after one day unless stated otherwise. The closing section's 10 days covers bonuses claimed as part of "this promotion", and the section does not say which promotion that is. A player cannot tell which bonuses get 10 days and which 7.
• Cashback is the one offer these terms exempt from rollover. Deposit and bet cashback is credited one hour after the countdown finishes, to the main wallet, with no wagering requirement, a minimum claim of 1 USD and no maximum. Where a deposit is required it must be made within 1 day of activating the bonus. The offer with no rollover is the one that gives a single day to make the deposit.
• Withdrawing early costs the bonus and what it won. Clause 18 reads: "Requesting a withdrawal of funds before wagering requirements have been met will lead to bonus money being forfeited and all funds won using the bonus money being lost." Clause 19 forfeits an active bonus and its winnings when a new bonus is activated, and clause 34 cancels any active reward on a withdrawal request. A withdrawal request made at the wrong moment ends the bonus.
• Suspicion is enough to forfeit a bonus, and management has the last word. Clause 29 reads: "Should we suspect a player has committed bonus abuse, we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus and confiscate funds won using the bonus." The document does not define bonus abuse. Clauses 26 and 27 reserve the right to withhold payments to players using disposable email addresses or one-time mobile numbers, clause 30 says "the decision of glorbet management will be final", and the closing section reserves the right to "amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at our discretion". The sanction in clause 29 stops at bonus funds and what they won, and the trigger is a suspicion the casino holds.
• Two dates for the same profile rule. Clause 1 says only players who have verified their email and phone number and given their full name, residential address, date of birth and confirmation of the terms can claim any deposit bonus, free spins, cashback or promotion, and gives the date as "this part is applicable from 1 September 2025". Clause 35 repeats the sentence almost word for word with the date January 18, 2026, and both say no player may deposit or play until the profile data is filled in, from January 18, 2026. The document does not settle which date applies to the bonus condition.

The numbers a player would compare, 30x and 10 USD, are not where the risk sits. It sits in whether slot play counts, in the deposit a free offer asks for before it pays, and in a forfeiture that needs only the casino's suspicion.
